4-Foot Garage Storage Shelf and Bike Rack with Ladder Hooks

I am a little conflicted writing this review. The product seems pretty sturdy/rugged, and I have no doubt that it will perform as promised for the life of our house.My concerns are in how it is presented. First of all, the frames are coated in white enamel, not powder-coated black. While I do not care about the color, the enamel arrived with large chips on both pieces in multiple places, with rust already apparent. Powder-coating tends to be tougher, and I would have preferred that.Also, no ladder hooks. Just 4 curved hooks. Again, not a huge deal, but just not as advertised.Overall, I am happy with the product, and it will do the job it is intended to do. Just feel a little fleeced by what was shown versus what I got.

Almost the same experience as another reviewer: Sturdy and solid (3 stars)However, it's not black powder coated - it's enamel white, and one of my brackets had several spots where the paint was peeling off. (no star)Then, I did get the ladder brackets (1 star), however, it's almost impossible to load/unload the ladder if you have 3 bikes in front - It comes with 4 bike hooks on each bracket... I could only fit 3 bikes realistically.Finally, there was no instructions with mine. Not hard to figure out, but crucial to install on studs behind the drywall.

It seems well made. I saw some reviews about the powder coat. It IS white but looks great! Also, it doesn't come with a shelf but that's perfect because you don't know where your studs will be so you don't know how big a shelf you will need until you put the brackets up. I love that I fit those three bikes, ladder and other items without taking too much space.

Ok I’m disappointed so box was totally beat up no instructions so I have no idea what I’m supposed to have and it seems I am missing some hardware. Oh and no shelf so you have to get your own totally not worth the money.

Don't normally write reviews, but I was very pleased with the quality of this product. Packaged well and everything as described. It looks like it will last a long time, and with the 3/4" thick plywood shelf recommended it provides the perfect storage I was looking for.

I am completely disappointed in this product front what's advertise. The wording is misleading and if you look at the title it doesn't come with a storage shelf. The hooks found barely worked to make it useful.We installed it so it's hard to return a product…no instructions by the way.Really poor product contents and it's not easy to imagine how to put it up because there are not pictures.Not a good purchase.

Such a great organizational shelf. Freed up so much floor space.
