Bought 3, all caddy's came in one loose pack plastic bag. Sides were bent and showed signs of rust from excessive moisture. Since it shipped overseas, I would have hoped for a cardboard box to protect; should have been in one even within US. Had to straighten out the rails as well as clean off rust spots prior to installation. Caddy works fine, even came with extra screws.Been installed for multiple months, no issues with functionality
