Ceramic Bowls Moroccan Handmade Serving Exquisite Piece With Vivid Colors 10 inches

The workmanship on this piece is beautiful. The seller delivered the item safe and in time. I love this treasure of Morrocco, indeed it is a precious piece. First of all the measurements are wrong, since this bowl is 10" wide by 4.5" high, instead of 3 " as it says on the description. But what's most upsetting is that I received this 10" bowl with 2 big chips at the edge of the rim so you can see the brown clay underneath. It was probably sent already damaged because it was very well wrapped with bubble wrap all over the outside; although they packed with a flower pot inside inside with just a thin layer of bubble wrapped in between the two. The other flower pot also has a big chip at the bottom and the blue edge is not well painted at all. Because my husband was sick, I was not able to met the return window so I am stuck with defective / damaged products. I already had problems with a previous order of another smaller 8" bowl that was also defective the month before, so returned it so they send me another one. Luckily that one has no chips but the blue painted designs look that they got smeared when they were painting the pot. I know that they're hand painted but they lack quality control, and they selling slightly damaged pottery at full price. At least they should warned the buyers about these chips and paint issues, so we know what we're buying and getting, or get some discount. I am not pleased at all.
