No actual instructions—it’s a coloring book
I bought this for my 12-year-old son, who is a huge Fortnite addict. He was excited when he first got it, but is soon as he started trying to use it, he realized it doesn’t have instructions of any kind. Each page starts out with a pretty detailed illustration, and then adds more detail, and more. It’s a collection of line drawings—more like a coloring book. You never see how to get started, with basic shapes that get refined. Very disappointing.

Teaches nothing.
I’m not sure what the creators of this book were thinking, but this is not a book that teaches anything.Draw a head. Draw the body. Add the details. It’s a glorified coloring book.Two stars because it’s fairly inexpensive and since it’s Fortnite, my kid loved it but all he did was trace the people and color them.It is well made as far as quality but definitely not a “how to draw” book and the skins are very basic and not very detailed.

Not kid friendly!
Just like the other “How to Draw” book, not nearly enough detail to actually help kids draw these characters. I can actually draw fairly well and this would still be difficult for me to follow.

Skip these or you’ll regret it
Was trying to find a few small extra gifts for my 11 year old son. Saw this and thought a has to draw book themed with Fortnite was pretty straightforward so I didn’t look at reviews. Big mistake. This book is terrible. It’s just a very small collection of fortnite characters where each one starts with an outline and then two other versions with more detail. There is no basic drawing instruction. It may be ok if a kid wants to just trace the characters, but you could find the same thing for freee on Google images. Horrible waste of time and money. Returning.

Instruction to draw could be broken down further.
It is harder to draw these characters then I thought. I bought it for my 8 year old son who is not an artist and I really don't think thia will help him too much.
