I loved the sturdiness and clean look of the basket. It was perfect for shaping and rising of my sourdough. I was a little surprised at how small it was but it turned out to be the best size for my loaf. Thank you for a great product!

Great quality and elegant and came with two cute scrapers as complimentary. The inner lining fabric is sturdy and fits so well, (unlike previous one I ordered, from the Saint German Bakery, which looks cheap and came with a smaller lining that it won’t stay on the Benetton).

I was expecting a much larger basket. The exterior does not measure 10" in length, and the interior is not even 9" in length. It looks well made, but this is way too small. My recipe for sourdough is pretty standard and calls for dividing into two loaves. I think if I were to use this basket I'd need 3 of them, not 2. This will have to go back, but that feels like such a hassle! Other than that, it looks fine and appears to be well made.

Using the King Arthur sourdough recipe two of these bannetons worked really well. It was my first go and I wasn't disappointed. I own an oval 3.5 L Dutch oven, and these were the right size and shape for the proofing stage just before baking. I even got the cool looking lines from the banneton on the loaf! So I looked like a pro -- and I have pretty much zero idea what I am doing! Worth it!

Great quality banneton and liner for a reasonable price! It comes with a nice linen liner, instruction card and 2 dough scrapers (which is a great bonus). I look forward to raising my signature sourdough in this brotform. I would definitely recommend this purchase and have already bought one as a gift for my mother's birthday!
