I'd been looking for resistance bands on Amazon for a while, I have bad knees that my trainer has suggested me use this band to strengthen my thigh and knee muscles. Delivery was fast, the package looks nice. The band works really well with my training and super durable and comfortable, size fits perfectly. I will recommend to my friends for sure! It saves my knee!!

I used to have a set of those thin plastic bands but they are not strong enough for me. I'm so happy I found this band. It's much more resistant and durable. I just tried several work-out with this band, very comfortable and no slip at all. Definitely will be my go-to gear.

This is my first resistance band purchase and I think it works amazing. I showed it to my more gym/workout savvy brothers and they said they liked it too. looks sharp and it has some rubber areas for gripping on one side. would recommend.

I ordered a large and am typically a 10/12 in pants. It is almost painfully tight. It definitely gives good resistance, but can’t imagine people much bigger than me being able to get it on.

I am really enjoying my new hip band. The quality is great and I love that the band does not slip like other bands.

Way too stiff. There’s no way I can do kickbacks and abductor work. Pretty much just squats. Oh and it’s $6 shipping to return so I guess I’m out of luck 👎🏻

Works well

I bought this because I have running knee problem, and my physiotherapists suggest me to use this kind of band to practice muscles around the knee. And I had other kinds of plastic Resistance Bands, but the material wears out quickly. This one looks much more durable!
