Not right for everyone - a hospital patient and gamer's perspective
Ergonomics and comfort are EXTREMELY important to me as a PC enthusiast and gamer. I am torn between giving this product 4 or 5 stars. Did the product make a huge impact on my set up’s usability and comfort, and overall quality of life? Yes but not without some thinking and adjustments.I am looking at this product from a performance usability perspective as a gamer first before any medical benefits. Does this product hinder the use of your performance with input peripherals? For me, the moment I put it next to my mouse and placed my wrist on it, I knew it wasn't going to work for me. The arch on both rests will always give you a claw grip for both the mouse and keyboard (see pictures for arched fingers). I am someone who uses a palm style mouse and I use my fingers in a stretched more relaxed position (pic available) so the wrist rest actually makes things worse. I use sub 1000 DPI on the optical sensor but max sensitivity in software so the base of my hand and wrist need to be grounded for precise control and grip. Content creators and gamers will find that this might make things worse when you need precision in your movements (may not effect claw grip). I could imagine this could work with palm grip if you are one who use wide angle movements and use your elbow as a pivot. This would allow you to move the cushion up your forearm (see pictures). A person like me would need a flat very low height wrist rest. The mouse wrist rest simply does not work with my set up and mouse use style.Aesthetically this fits my set up well. The indented grooves (dimples?) match my keyboard tray and the dimensions magically fit both my chair armrests (more on that later). I also find myself pressing the dimples as a fidget mechanism as I am typing and thinking which keeps me concentrated. One of my biggest pet-peeves as a PC enthusiast and builder is intrusive branding on products. The large white “Aelfox” almost breaks the deal for me. At least the text is a neutral white color. If it needs to be there put it on the bottom, if not, black it out and emboss it. Aesthetics and theming my rigs are very important to me and branding only works aesthetically when all your products are the same brand or color especially in the age of almost all PC parts being equipped with RGB or non-addressable lighting.Despite all these things, I am inclined to give it 5 stars because it does it’s primary purpose well, which is to support and comfort your body making sitting and working easier. This review is coming from a hospital patient who has conquered 15 surgeries and has needed to spend months stationary in chairs at tables and desks and in bed. I’ve had both my arms, wrists, and hands stuck and prodded with needles and IVs until there is pain shooting up my entire arms and I can’t move. The keyboard wrist rest does a really great job of supporting the entire length of my forearms and elbows. The memory cushion also is just tall enough where it does not prevent my keyboard tray from sliding over the chair arms which was my reason for removing the faux leather pads the chair came with! All in all, it may not be practical for everyone, but the medical benefits for those who spend long hours with mouse and keyboard for their profession or hobbies are extremely valuable.

Don't overthink a great thing, just buy it.
If you're like me and read reviews, I'd say the positives this product has received aren't truly doing Aelfox justice. Padding is firm yet cushioned enough to provide support and comfort. The material cover is the same material used on other products like these. These arrive with a plastic you peel from the bottom thus exposing the grippy bottom which stays in place incredibly well. It rocks the casba on a wood desk. I've had fatigue typing for a long time and only realized how bad it was once I began using these and needlessly suffered for long while. The price is fair and the quality of the product is top notch. Don't allow the low ticker count of 5 star reviews put you off. I've worked many offices and used numerous predecessors to this set. This set is far more comfortable from my gauge of standard. Worth every penny.

No More Carpel Tunnel For Me
Have a pretty flat iMac keyboard and gaming mouse, would get constant cramps and it was pretty painful. I’m a graphic designer so I spend a lot of time on the computer and needed something pretty bad. Looked through amazon and found this product, comes with an anti-slip Base and SUPER comfy - pricing is great too. Haven’t had ANY mouse hand or keyboard hand cramp since I got it. Thank you so much.

This is weird, I use this as an elbow rest in my truck and gaming PC
I suffer from "truckers elbow" which is a pressure related issue from resting my arm in the same place while driving and gaming on my PC. Serious elbow pain secondary to resting on my ulnar nerve all the time. I bought these memory foam rests and some double sided 3M tape, slapped the small one where I wrest my elbow on my truck (because the huge one won't fit), and use the large one as an elbow rest when I'm gaming (literally not a wrist rest, but an elbow rest). No more elbow pain. The foam is soft enough to take the pressure off my nerve and alleviate my pain.So take this for what it is worth, but these suckers are soft, relieve pressure, and hold up well. I might buy another set for my work desk since I spend a decent amount of time there. I have always hated wrist rests for my computer setups, but just see these as "pressure relieving pads" and slap them wherever you want. The bottom of them is very adhesive friendly and does the trick (very nice sticky surface). None needed for my computer desk, 3M tape needed for my truck because it's surface is rough and anti-adhesive (believe me my cell phone magnet disks have tried).

For the money, you cant beat this!
Im on a computer all day long and I started getting pains in my wrist using the mouse for 9 hours. After reading the other reviews on here I figured why not try it.Not much more I can say that others havent, but this is probably one of the best investments Ive made in my physical health. By that I mean not ending the day with wrist pain every day. The pieces are super comfortable and raise my hands on the keyboard and mouse perfectly. The material is very soft and smooth. The only caveat I can find is if you have your mouse settings on slow, you might be moving your mouse off the mat. However, if you have speedy settings the amount of room you have is plenty. Cant recommend this product enough.

Perfect on laptop table
This keyboard wrist rest fits perfectly on the Modrine Portable Laptop Stand Table I just bought, and it stays in place without sliding around. Very comfortable. It's the right shape and narrow enough to not take up too much of the table surface like most of the wrist rests I looked at. I'm very happy with this combo.

Very good wrist Support, I have quality issues though!
It's excellent wrist Support if you want to get rid of the pain. YES, It's the one definitely. But as you see from the image I attached the material over the foam starts peeling after a month, it's disappointing because they can easily wrap it in a different way to avoid such a problem.I gave it 2 stars because I'm not happy at the end, it looks cheap item on a workstation worth $9,000

Decent quality, mouse rest is useless
The keyboard wrist rest is great. I have a razor mechanical keyboard which is relatively thick and didn’t come with a wrist rest. The foam is soft, holds my wrists in a more comfortable typing position, and holding up well a few months later with daily use. The mouse wrist rest I personally found useless. Unless you have insanely high mouse sensitively and barely move your hand, I found myself lifting my wrist off the pad and having it be more of a nuisance than supportive. I would suggest purchasing the keyboard wrist rest alone and saving a couple bucks.

Incorrect Mouse/KB height to fit your hands properly for long use
Pros: Excellent Quality and Presentation the Company takes great pride in their productComfortable and does not move once placed.Cons: The Cons is the reason that i am not using this as my Keyboard and Mouse WRIST pad as it is Inadequate Wrist HEIGHT to Fit the Hands Properly. I use the keyboard and mouse 8-10 hrs per day and 6-7 days a week and the Cusp of my hand does not hold the mouse properly or the keys on the keyboard are now down too low So a No Go for me unfortunately, but Your Experience may be different.Recommendation: Sell the same type of wrist rest but at a 50 percent Lower Height, and call it a Low Profile Wrist Restthat way your hand would cusp the mouse better and allow you to touch the keys of the keyboard better.

very useful item !!
OMG!!!! This item is perfect! I have issues with my wrist due to injuries and this makes typing so much easier. It is the exact height for my keyboard so my wrists don't get tired. When my wrists do start to hurt I just rub them back and forth across the indents on the pad and it helps them recover a bit faster. I mean it isn't a miracle but it allows me to type for a bit longer before having to put on my brace. The stickiness of the bottom works great in keeping the pad in place so I don't have to worry about it moving out of the perfect distance from my keyboard. And This one is superb item and i think this one is great product for those who want to type fast.I definitely would buy again and recommend it to anyone who has a keyboard that is standard height.

Memory foam support a welcome ergonomic addition to computer time
I normally wouldn't write a review for something I thought would be simply a utilitarian purchase. But this has been impressive. Typing is much more comfortable as is mouse use. That is due to both the memory foam support and the backing on these items which keeps body position consistent as it almost adheres to the glass top on my desk. I got this to help with shoulder and elbow pain and it has improved both already. I realize I need to pay attention to other factors as well such as an elbow rest with mouse use but the mouse support/pad helps to keep it in position so I can use the arm rest on my chair more effectively. These are not cheap but in my experience so far, they are worth it.
