I will buy all the colours... Eventually
Absolutely in love with this! I am 5'2", 126 lbs, 28" waist. I got the indigo XXL with the smaller waist. Fits nicely around hips and chest, a bit snug around the shoulders (see pics). Pardon me while I go crazy uploading a ton of photos. Pics with the mirror are before alterations, prom pic is the after. I got the longest one to fit over my 43" hoop skirt. I did trip over it a little with the hoop skirt, so if you're 5'2", maybe go for something 2" shorter or consider heels at least 3 inches high. Otherwise, it was the perfect length and can still be used as a halter dress for regular wear. Many Q&A answers suggested that this would not be good for a petticoat. I decided to get it anyway since I couldnt find any decent over skirts in the colour I wanted. First thing I noticed is the 3rd layer does not wrap fully around a ballgown hoop skirt. HOWEVER, the top two layers do, so I made a minor alteration to the third layer and opened it up in the back. Chiffon is notorious for being tough to sew because it frays. I was super careful removing the serger (this took forever... A testament to the quality) and did a single stich along the edge of the seams. Then rolled it over and single stitched it again for a total of 3 passes. Also discovered that the skirt is reversible if you remove the tags. Cool! The alteration was well covered by the bustle and since the skirt flows so well, it won't be noticeable with daily wear. The fabric is very light and see through. There are 4-ish layers, the top layer with a second over the back, the third layer at calf length, and the 4th layer about half thigh. My only regret is buying a white petticoat to go under this since it showed through. Black would have been better, or even purchasing 2 of these for a more solid colour. This skirt can be worn a variety of different ways with the provided sash. The sash was a perfect length to do some classic wrap forms. Get creative! Lots of potential styles here. Perfect if you're pregnant since it's size independent and can be used with different sash designs throughout a pregnancy. For the final ballgown I used the sash over my shoulders and tucked into the bodice for a traditional era look. It also brought the whole gown together, merging the colours really well. As if it had been designed intentionally instead of being 6 different parts. I absolutely loved the open split in the front of the skirt and it added a nice touch to the gown. I've included some photos of different ways to wear the sash. Use safety pins wherever necessary or it will shift out of place. I even tried a shirt design, but it was tight on the shoulders. This is very well made and twirls freely. It does snag easily which is a shame. When mine arrived it also had some muck on it. I tried spot cleaning, but that created watermarks from the extra dye, so I hand washed it. Some dye came out in the wash water, but not too much. Air dried for a bit, then ironed on low while still damp. It looked much better. Don't iron on hot or it will melt. Same if you put it in the dryer. It snags easily on other clothes, so wash alone on a super gentle cycle (hand wash is best). The colours in my photos are not entirely accurate. It's more peacock and less indigo, but true to the seller's photos. Super happy about that, since I've always thought indigo was more blue and wasn't sure what to expect. Took a chance and it turned out perfect! If you're looking to use this with a full hoop petticoat and you have some sewing skills, it might be worthwhile. Without alterations, it could still work with a hoopless, A-line petticoat. Just get a dark colour for the underskirt. It's extremely comfortable and if you're on the fence, go ahead and get it anyway. You won't be disappointed.

No Chiffon Belt!
The photos show a chiffon belt included that can be tied around waist to cover elastic. I did not receive one. It needs that belt or it looks unflattering at the waist. In my photo of the skirt, you can see how the material jets out under the elastic waist. It makes me look wide (and I'm fairly thin). Otherwise it is a beautiful skirt, but I will need to return because it needs the belt! Something to consider before purchasing.

Update: Don't buy it! It is really very nice, you should buy it! (But keep delivery time in mind)
3rd Edit: The seller contacted me and has stated that they will handle my refund as promised. I will update you if this does not happen. Have to appreciate a seller with honor! It is still a high quality beautiful skirt. Today, 22 June 2017, I have to edit my previous review: This is a REALLY voluminous amount of fabric, so if you intend to take it, say to Europe carry-on like most experienced travelers, it will take up the size of a football in your bag. I asked to return this skirt because it is being fulfilled by Amazon now, in this same color, but instead they want me to ship this very heavy and bulky item back to China for a huge expense! It's heavy so for trips look for one that packs much smaller. Old Review: This lovely skirt arrived today, I ordered it exactly a month ago for a trip coming up, knowing it would take a while. It was worth the wait. It happens to be the exact correct length in size small to fit me while wearing flat sandals or shoes. I am 5'2" and 116 pounds, 27" waist. I am usually a size 2 to 4 or a small. I found the waist elastic a wee bit tight, but not too restrictive. If you are even slightly taller than me, or wish to wear it with heels, you may want to get the medium. The matching sash was included but they also included a really nice wide band elastic belt (in black) and a wired headband and two elastics. I am really pleased with the quality of this product, the packaging and the thoughtful extras. Very nice.

Great quality but color is off
The 2 piece set came with the pictured black belt and some cheap accessories. It is very well made, actually a bit heavier in feel/texture than the Melansay skirt I got in the same order for comparison Melansay Beatiful Bow Tie Summer Beach Chiffon High Waist Maxi Skirt XL,Mustard Yellow but still light to wear. It had more layers and was more opaque than the Melansay skirt but very flowy. The sewing on the hem is a bit inconsistent plus the thread was white on a green skirt as opposed to the Melansay which was yellow thread on a yellow skirt. The top/sash belt was also long, longer than the one that came with the Melansay skirt which is great cause I wanted to wrap twice around the waist to cover the garterised waistband and still make a bow to the side of the waist. A bit of difference from the Melansay skirt is that the Sissily skirt had an opening in the middle that's meant to sit in the center of the front of the skirt while the other skirt is flat/closed on both front and back. It's visible on the pictures but I feel that limits your options on how to wear the skirt.I'm 5'1 and 6 months pregnant and with my belly the Medium size came down to the ankles, which was shorter than I wanted. Unfortunately, the light/medium green color had a bit of dullness to it and that made the color very off and a total mismatch to the color theme I needed for the wedding I was attending so I'm returning it and trying another color and size.
