Just what I was looking for

Love it! I had been waiting patiently for this book to come out and finally bought it the other day. I want to make almost every pattern and it is definitely going on my knitting bookshelf! I should add I'm VERY picky about what books I keep. I like to knit modern and classic, flattering designs that aren't weird, and I love wool. If a book only has two patterns I would knit, it's gone. What's the point if it's not going to be fabulous and wearable? This book delivers on all counts :)

Was very disappointed with the patterns, every single one is made on size 9 needles with a bulky Cascade yarn. Cascade produces such lovely yarn in so many weights….why did they have to make EVERY single pattern in thick heavy yarn?? There should have been an even balance of yarn weights. There were only two or three patterns that I would even consider making as well. Many items looked like rags hanging off the models or a first time knitter - a bad first time knitter, tried to make them.Final opinion – this was not money well spent. Regret purchase.

At first glance, I didn't think there would be many patterns I would use but as I read more and looked more closely at the selection of vests, I've found several I will attempt.

Some really nice projects. This book will keep a knitter busy for a long time.

Nice selection of patterns. I've almost finished one of the vests but found the instructions a little frustrating as I was increasing and decreasing simultaneously and following directions that just said "continue in pattern."

I was hoping for men's vests.

Am very pleased with thus Book. A lovely collection of vest patterns, several are open fronted. A good proportion I want to knit and can use up some of my stash. All can be knitted in Cascade Yarns which is readily available and comes in lovely colours. Delighted with purchase and thoroughly recommend.

Love the book, there isn't a pattern I don't like. Have started one already.
