I have no idea what this even is let alone buy it

This is a great product and feels as sturdy and solid as a much more expensive inversion table. I have tested a few at sporting goods stores. It was rather easy to put together despite the horrible instructions. I am around 250 lbs and this holds me securely and feels really stable. Overall I am VERY pleased with this considering the price. The only reason there aren't 5 stars is due to the bad assembly instructions and the complete lack of instructions on how to use the inversion table. I was able to find many use instructions for inversion tables in general on the internet so it wasn't a huge problem. I have only used it for a few minutes one day and can already feel results with my back and neck pain. Looking forward to incorporating it in daily use. I love it for the price! Would definitely make this purchase again!

Directions are a little lacking but it really only goes together one way.

This is my 2nd inversion table. I had a Tweeter hang ups before but over the years it couldn't follow me. This one is just fine--not deluxe, but great, given the price. I had to bring this home with me on an international flight so I ordered one that came in at just under 50 pounds so as not to pay another $100. for overweight luggage. It was easy to assemble and it's easy to use. The backboard is hard plastic so I'm finding it is good to cover the upper portion with a thick towel. No regrets.

The inversion table has definitely helped reduce my back pain. I could notice the difference immediately after the first use.
