Excellent strong all-wood construction chairs. Reached me in an excellently packed condition and I am very happy with the purchase. There was a delay ore than the assured delivery date, but I am glad that I did not cancel the order.

I really liked the product. It is sturdy and well made. But i absolutely hate the packaging.It was packed in wood and nailed with screws. It took me couple of hours to unpack the chairs from its packaging. Also the package smelt very bad. Luckily the product was fine.Please improve on your packaging.

Received a chair damaged in transit, Rahul at Santosha Decor promptly responded and promised to replace the damaged product. The the product is sturdy, good craftsmanship, nice pilosh. Backed with prompt service, what more can you ask for . Excellent product . GO FOR IT .

Excellent product. Premium looking solid wooden chairs at very reasonable price. Packaging was very good, too. All in all, a satisfying buy.

First impression was good.. well polished and good looking. Suddenly noticed a crack in one of the chairs.. either poor quality or overlooked initially. Contacted seller via amazon on day 9(delivered on 23sep, reached seller pin 2nd oct). Exchanged pictures via both amazon and WhatsApp. Seller could not communicate in English, I have difficulty with Hindi. Seller said I will get replacement then went quiet.Raised return via amazon, seller rejected as outside claim period. Have raised a dispute in amazon.. will see what comes out..Will update text of the conversation on WhatsApp.. have added images of the cracked chair.On the whole, a bad experience so far. Should pick local furniture shops or outlets in future. Advised others that were planning also against Santosha Decor..
