I don't like to review an item right after I get it. I like to give some time trying it out and making sure the product is going to last. I was looking for a replacement for my old office chair that I picked up from a second-hand store. Over the years I have used many different office chairs and have seen them all fail in one way or another in anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 year. I spent about a month doing research, reading reviews on multiple websites and youtube. I decided on this chair because the price was fair, the construction seemed of high quality and the reviews were great. I also noticed that in the complaints UOMAX responded and offered support which shows great customer service. Something hard to find in the marketplace these days!I purchased this chair back in November for my birthday. It shipped and arrived fast and on time. The packaging for the chair was great and nothing got damaged even though UPS poked a hole in the cardboard. I put it together in about 45 minutes and assembly was not all that difficult. I have used this chair every day since!As far as reliability goes I spend anywhere from 2 to 10 hours in this chair a day and I use the footrest all the time. I am a big guy, 6' 1" & 270 lbs, and it has not failed yet! My calves rest on the footrest pillow but it is still quite comfortable. The metal construction has beared my weight and the castors have not failed yet (most castors last a couple months under my weight). The screws for the armrests have loosened a little and I had to tighten them twice so far but both times they snugged right up after a little adjustment. I have had the back reclined to 180 degrees and never felt like I was going to tip over or the chair was unstable. The chair does squeak when I rock back and forth but it's not as bad as other chairs I have used in the past.As far as comfort I removed the lumbar pillow right off the bat because it was too uncomfortable to sit with the large pillow pushing into my back. I now use the lumbar pillow and head pillow as a headrest when I lounge at it works great. The chair is not padded all that well and is pretty stiff. I use a lawn chair pillow on the seat for extra padding. From what if have seen all gaming chairs are pretty stiff so I can't blame the chair, it's just the style. The armrests are a little far apart and awkward to use when sitting upright and almost impossible to use when leaning back. The only adjustment for the armrests are up and down and I would have liked to have some more adjustability to compensate for the odd angle. Sitting straight in this chair with the leg rest out is awkward and really only works with the base lock disengaged and the back reclined to about 45 degrees (otherwise you tip forward). I have to brace the chair up against my bedroom wall so I don't end up at 75 degrees which is awkward when working on my laptop.The changes I would like to see made in the next model of this chair are:I wish the base had two locking positions, one in the upright position and one when tipped back so I wouldn't have to use the wall when I am lounging with my feet up while working on my laptop.Multi-adjustable armrests that could move up down, side to side, and angle in and out that way they would be usable when leaning back.All in all, this is the best office chair I have ever used. I have had more padded chairs that are better for relaxing. This chair conforms to my body well and is comfortable but not so comfortable as I get sleepy. This chair was made to be comfortable but at the same time keep you alert and attentive. If you are a bigger person in the market for a well-constructed chair that is comfortable this is the chair for you.

I bought this chair mostly based on the looks - I'm a big fan of the white stitching and the carbon fiber texture. Positives - It looks great and the build quality is decent. The padding on the chair is more on the firm side of things and was a bit uncomfortable for me. I ended up having some extra foam installed by a local upholstery shop.The only cons were the added hardware isn't all that great. I'd suggest upgrading the bolts as it makes a world of difference on holding everything together. The lumbar pillow is more of a novelty and is nothing more than a pillow stuffed with foam and a vibrating motor.All in all I'm not sure if would buy another chair on amazon with out trying it out first. Also keeping in mind that if its something you don't like its quite expensive to ship it back.Customer service was excellent to deal with.

A great gaming chair. After looking at countless of gaming chairs and waiting an entire week filled with multiple chairs to purchase, I decided to Purchase the Uomax gaming chair! This chair has been amazing. Not only does the chair have a massaging lumbar pillow but it’s extremely comfortable. I’ve had various chairs before but for the price and the material constructed in it, it’s definitely a steal. I’ve also managed to fall asleep on the chair two times already with the adjustable incline being very well constructed. As a gamer/twitcher who games for 8-12+ hours, this chair will do the job to keep your back and neck as comfortable as possible. Not only does the chair fit my needs but the shipping was extremely fast and the packaging was very well packaged. Moreover, the installation only took me about 8 mins to install, but it could of been shorter if I watched a YouTube video of the installation. In overall, if your looking for a gaming chair and want to invest in a really good one.. then go for this one, you won’t regret! Trust me! The customer service is also amazing and they respond quickly as well. -Jtech

When buying this chair know it is comfortable you can re-Klein well in it and is made out of overall decent material. The massagers nothing super special but it is nice. The downsides however are there are only five leg wheels so when the foot rest is out has the tendency to lean forward and tip. Plus I’m 5’11” and I feel the armrests are too far out by 3 inches and my elbow slide off too easily. This might be personal preference but the seat is 90° with the floor instead of a slight front lift so when leaning back I have the tendency to slide forward. Overall not a bad chair but I was expecting more with the little details considering the price tag.

I did quite a bit of research on a new office chair once I realized my back and fatigue issues could be related to bad seating. After purchasing the chair I was able to get it put together and functional in about 20 minutes. Certainly more expensive chairs may be more ergonomic or made of real leather but I didn't want to spend $300. This chair looks and feels like the more expensive gaming/ office options and offers a great price point. I also appreciate that it does not look so "loud" and can still offer a professional appearance when clients or co workers see it.
