I love the back support that this backpack has. I purchased several backpacks from different brands and this bag was perfect. It's a little stiff at first but definitely softens with use. I leave the side pockets open all the time because I always have coffee and water so I have no issue with those zippers. Overall, this is a high quality, comfortable, and great looking bag.

State of the art features and discrete

This is a very nice bag with plenty of room. It is very stiff but I think that will work itself out over time with more use. My only real complaint is the side pockets can be very hard to open sometimes because of the way the flap covers the zipper. Its a stiff material so moving it out the way is a little difficult. Other than that its a great bag.

Good quality as what I expected

Lots of pockets, well built, thou it can get a bit cramped and heavy. Used it for a trip to Europe, but ended up using my old Columbia backpack day to day as it was lighter and more comfortable.

I very much disliked this item

This bag came so close to being exactly what I was looking for, with lots of pockets to hold many different items.The problem is that the pocket are extremely tight, with very little height to accommodate the things you'd put in them. And the more you use, the more the pressure makes the other pockets almost impossible to utilize.It's still a great bag if you're the sort of person that wants a place for everything, but you might find you need stuff that considerably smaller and thinner than you'd expect at first glance if you want them to fit in the pockets.

I use this bag to commute into London for work. It is the perfect size, is incredibly comfortable, looks great, and can withstand a lot of rain. It is just an incredibly well-built and well-designed piece of kit!

I order one STM Myth 28L from Amazon and received promptly within 3 days. When I opened the box and tried everything on the backpack, the chest strip on the left completely came off, no matter how I tried, I cannot "fix" it back. So I send a request to Amazon for replacement. To cut the story short, Amazon sent the replacement backpack very promptly, I received the replacement STM Myth 28L within the next 3 days. I also received a confirmation that they have received the item that I returned. THANK YOU, Amazon.The STNM Myth 28L is a very solid backpack with lots of pockets in the 3 "compartments" - not including the "open" one at the front for umbrella or whatever, in my case, for my foldable walking stick. I think 28L is a tiny bit bigger than I wanted, but it end up just nicely to suit my purpose. It's a very nice and solid backpack for travelling or everyday use. Only thing I would suggest to STM is the quality control as in the first backpack I received, the chest strap just come off the "rail".Otherwise, I am happy with the bag, and very happy with Amazon.

I like most things about this bag. It's the right size for work plus gear, plenty of pockets for things, is well constructed and comfortable. The only downside is that the laptop sling is too small for my 15 inch Surface Pro so I have to keep it in the main part of the bag.
