Pacey Cuff™ Turbo, Male Incontinence Device (with Free Power Sleeve and Pouch Bag) (Large)

Very difficult to use every time you have to open and close it when you have to urinate. I want a refund even though I am past the return window. I have tried numerous ways to help my situation and spent a lot of money and time doing so. I have large hands and find the pacey cuff I repeat very difficult to use.

Box arrived with the cuff, a pouch, and instructions on fitment. It was all very clear and if you can put on a wrist watch, then you are way ahead of the game! That's actually the first thing that appealed to me about the cuff - it is not a clamp! This thing is very customizable and I really appreciated this right off the bat. It does take a few tries to get to the right tension, but once you figure this part out, you are able to get the right amount of control for you.Not being a clamp, I found the cuff very comfortable (all things considered). Once I got it tightened adequately, I had a significant reduction in leaks. After a few days I was definitely more comfortable, both with the process and that I was able to leave the house without worrying so much about leaks. Right now that's exactly what I'm looking for and that makes this is the best leak prevention device I've tried so far.

I went to a play that lasted two hours. Had Pacey cuff on. Thank heavens I wore a men's guard because when it was time to leave I was soaked. Very disappointed. It did not appear to stop leakage. The pad looks like it should run the other way so it can press urethra better

I love this product! The main thing I use it for is for preventing penile retraction (turtling)This is the only device that works!!I highly recommend this!.. I have ordered 2.. had a small issue with the second one. I contacted the Company and they were fantastic!! Immediately they responded and resolved my concern. This is an extremely comfortable product. You can barely notice you have it on.

The product did not have any effect in stopping leakage no matter how tight it was set. A total waste of money.

Poor design, very cheaply made, way over-priced...does not work well.

It did hold back leaking with very little leaking. Suggest giving it a try.

Honestly this device is an amazing ripoff. If it had cost $19.99 you’d say to yourself, it doesn’t work for beans but at least it didn’t cost an arm and leg. This product looked like it had real potential but in point of fact it doesn’t work. Trust me, you should believe the negative reviews here and save your money. It hurts to wear. It pinches when you try to put it on and although it looks like a quality solution to a difficult problem it isn’t. If I could have given it zero stars in every category I would have. If you want to throw away almost $100.00 go for it! But like me, you’ll end up terribly disappointed. Sad in Sacramento!

I have tried a small cuff for my 14 year old with incontinence issues due to paralysis, and I remeasured and ordered a large cuff, the small was too tight, and the large I am not able to tighten enough to stop the leaking. I am hoping to try a medium, but can't afford to keep buying in case it doesn't work again Edit- we are now going to try a medium - the staff has been very helpful with feedback

Works for me. Is satisfying the churning and will be able to get my next operation in November.
