A Leader's Guide to Reflective Practice

I knew Judy Brown was special when I first read her poem, "Fire." Now I cannot get enough of her poetic soul, her wisdom in the field of organizational leadership, and her humanity. I especially loved her activities and exercises for listening well and deeply, understanding feminine and masculine lenses, and learning how to tap into the nature of all things. She's a gem.

Judy Brown enriches leadership books with this one. l especially enjoyed the chapter with the Cone in the Box story.

Enjoyed the author's way of expressing her concepts, sharing of stories, and a different way to lead teams that is unique.There is so much beauty, understanding and wisdom here for any leader, even those who lead a family. Lastly, Judy Brown's lovely poems fit the theme of the book.
