it does the job. I bought this to light my face for youtube videos. It's good because it's not hot like my old ringlight and it's dimmable. However, it's nowhere near as bright. My old light is way way too bright that I'm blind after doing a video for a few hours. Intense. But this one no issues. It's not as bright as I would hope for. I bought another cheaper ring light and I use BOTH of them together. Still not as bright, but I have a super bright light off to the side that I can use to brighten a bit more. Overall I use this ring light. A smaller cheaper ring light off center. That huge bright light to light the room more. Two small red lights to warm up my face. And I have a hair light behind me. It would be more idea if it was brighter so I would get away with less lights, but it's a compromise to pay less and not get the room too hot.

The media could not be loaded.  I measured 19 inches on the ring light in Diameter. at the highest setting its over 7 ft tall. I really like how bright it is. on the highest setting it may be too bright for close up talking head videos. I use this mostly for creating video content on Youtube. it comes in a Nice carry case. packaging comes with bluetooth remote, small swivel ball head, phone mount, instruction manual, leg stand, and LED ring light. if you want to put a camera in the middle instead of a cell phone I would recommend using your own ball head. the one that comes in the package is for cell phones...I would not trust my $2000 camera that mount. there are 2 knobs. 1 is to turn it on/off and brightness low/high. the other knob is to turn the color setting from ultra warm yellow, to ultra bright white. I really like how wide the leg stands are, I've purchased lights in the past with small leg stands and they always tip over. these are Nice and wide. the whole ring light itself is very light weight which makes for moving to different locations very easy.I wish it would have came with a remote.either a wired or wireless remote to quickly change the settings. as you can see in my video I had to get up and turn the knobs manually to adjust it to the settings that I want. a remote controller would have been SUPER convenient. otherwise I would definitely recommend this LED ring light. wether it's for portrait photography, make up videos, YouTube videos, it's a very bright LED light with tons of color/brightness settings.

The light is PERFECT, except for one detail - the phone holder. It’s much too small on its own. When it’s holding your phone, your phone pretty much touches against the light itself. Just buy an extendable fixture like what I have pictured. I just took mine from my old ring light.Aside from that, it’s absolutely beautiful. I’m 6’5 and the height is perfect as well.

The gold light filter was not included in my shipment. I really hadn't planned to use it much but that's not really the point. Overall still a pretty affordable option that worked well with dslr, mirrorless camera, & cellphone.

I seriously love this!!! Ring lights are usually over $100 for a good quality one and can be upwards of $300 for some. I was expecting this light to be able to meet basic expectations and get the job done. When it came, it was in a really nice carrying case and there was a smaller fabric bag for the cord and accessories. I light has a dimmer, and you can change the temperature from cooler tones to warmer tones to get that perfect shot wherever you are. My biggest surprise was that it also comes with a remote shutter that can be used via bluetooth with your phone or bluetooth camera. Those usually run for about $15 so that was such a nice surprise! There is also an attachment so you can have your phone sit right in the middle of the ring to take photos that way. Overall, this is an excellent product and I can’t wait to use it all the time for photos and even just to brighten my room, which it does a great job of doing.
