Worth every penny.
These pastilles are worth every penny because they really work. I suffer from catarrh and sinusitis and cannot survive without them. I gave a pack to my window cleaner who is eternally grateful as he had been unable to sleep and had the first good night for weeks.

Great and they work
I suffer with sinus problem and crap in my throat. Take two or three and it sorts me out for day. I can breathe and fixes cough. Find sleeping with 3 pillows helps prevent some crap build up in night. The joys of getting old. Tablets taste ok too
