Fun and informative, so a perfect book for an interested child

An excellent book and even though " used" is in super condition. The book is wonderfully illustrated with bright colours and the multitude of little figures and detail evoke the budy land of Egyptian pharoauhn.! ( there are more than one, so why not use a plural?) Perfect for a child with sharp eyes who could search with the lovely little magnifier( included) and discover the life going on in Egypt of ancient times. Excellent stuff!@

This is a good hardback book with lots to see, talking about ancient Egypt and the things people get up, from farming to pyramid building. Each page has a key of 10 items to find, like Where's Wally. The included magnifying glass is a bit novelty and doesn't work as well as a real magnifying glass but I suppose is better than nothing.

Love this book! Very engaging and a great visual resource in amazing at all our heavier Egyptian reading during remote learning this year. Would say that the magnifying glass is not as sturdy and robust as I would like.

Great book to keep kids entertained looking for people and objects on every page. There are facts to accompany so you are learning whilst trying to spot everything. The magnifine glass slots into front page and is great fun for the kids to use. The handle is made of foam board/printed card, so you have to be gentle with it and not spill drink over it.

I bought thiis book for my nephew of 8 who I was told loved learning about Eygptians at school. He was thrilled to see it and has been a great success

Arrived the next day - a stocking filler for my 9yo niece who is current obsessed with Egyptian history. Love the magnifying glass, she is going to love it!
