Love it!! Full of features and well designed
LOVE this watch!!I bought it because I needed a small, waterproof watch for swimming, but I love it so much that now I wear it all day long. Here's why:- finding a small lady-like size with so many features like this one is very rare- it's waterproof. I wear it at the pool, in the shower and all day- sharply displayed day, date and time- you can set the alarm to run on weekdays, weekends or daily- easy, intuitive setup. It's so easy that I find myself using the timer feature a LOT. For example, I even use it to set the timer for when I think the laundry drying will be done...LOL- the timer can be set to repeat or just a one-time run- chrono feature to time things. I even use it to time how long students spent on homework that day- the watch strap has a button mechanism, so you don't have to keep moving the loop along the strap. It stays put.Overall, this watch is A-W-E-S-O-M-E !!

Perfect for me
I bought this watch to replace a different timex watch (ironman triathalon). The other watch's battery was dying and I didn't want to replace it because of the complexities of covid. Of particular interest to me is the timer function. My old watch had timer settings of 1, 3, 5 minutes plus additional multiples of 5. My new ironman watch allows me to set the timer (countdown) for any number of minutes, hours, or seconds, up to one second under 24 hours. It is a small watch-- sized for a woman-- and is black with gray accents. All the buttons work crisply. In addition to telling the time, date, etc., it has the timer function, a stopwatch function (including 30 laps), a single alarm, and an indiglo light. I don't use the lap function in the stopwatch so I can't address that. The light works great. My only complaint about this product is that Timex doesn't adequately describe their watches' functions so you can distinguish between them when deciding which to buy. I bought this one without knowing whether it would have the timer function that I wanted. And when I bought my old watch, I didn't realize it had a limited timer function.

Nice looking watch with great functionality!
Lots of features that are fairly intuitive and super easy to use. Go to the timex website for instructions, but be aware this particular model is obsolete. The instructions are the same as those for the Sleek 50, though. This is a nice-sized piece: a ladies watch rather than a big bulky thing. Of note, unlike most indiglo the numbers light up rather than the field behind them. My only concern is that the white band has a very matte texture, which looks great, but may lead to it being harder to keep clean/true white over time, versus a glossy finish. I've only had it about a week, so we'll see.

Like my watch from the '80s, but more durable, and sleeker.
It does what watches used to do: tells time, reminds you of things with an alarm, counts time downward or upward (stopwatch). The face lights up (with a button-push) for time-telling in the dark I have had this watch for many years, and wear it most every day to work. When the battery died, I decided to take the risk of replacing the battery (knowing I may not be able to make it water-tight again). It worked! I got a battery, changed it out, and tightened the case down with a tiny screwdriver, and the watch has continued to keep time well, through twice-weekly water aerobics classes and untold amounts of handwashing! It's been months since I changed the battery, and it's still going (probably hasn't exceeded four feet of water depth). It has been thrown against the wall by preschoolers, teethed on by infants, and stepped on by toddlers, and it just keeps running accurately.I have lost weight since I've owned it and noticed it goes through cycles of fitting comfortably and requiring fussing-with when I'm in-between sizes (not unlike my jeans), but I suspect this is true of most watches with notched bands. If you want a watch that does NOT tell you how many steps you took, whether you got an email, or how well you did/didn't sleep, this is a great option. Honestly, there's such a thing as too much information, and a watch that is just a watch can bring a little peace to your life.

Classic/badic Timex
I wanted a watch to break my dependence on my phone. Half the time I'm looking at is to find out what time it is. This style is functional, straightforward & easy to use! I went with black so that it would go with most colors. Snd I was steering clear of "smart" tech. This was the perfect choice for me.Other reviewers complained about the light. So much do that I was hesitant to get the black face - I don't have the best vision. Well, the light illuminates the face just fine! There's a little clipper that keeps the band snug to the watch. Since I have super ring wrists, I love that small feature - keeps the steps from flapping.

Comfortable and easy to read.
Bought this watch for kayaking. Very comfortable, easy to read, waterproof, indiglo to see it in the dark. The strap has a little piece that fits into the notches, so it's a little hard to get off, but that also means it won't come off easily in the water, so I'm okay with that. Pretty, fun color. I'm happy with it!

My Favorite Watch
I have had the same Timex brand for the last 20 years, or a very similar version. They are extremely resilient and I am quite abusive to mine as I am a very active outdoorsy gal and a nurse. Over the last 20 years I have only had to have 4 of these watches and 2 of those weren't due to failure of the previous, it was because I wanted two colors. I still have my very first Timex that went through 12 years of military service with me and when the battery is replaced it still works great, one band replacement is all that was really needed. I attempted an Apple watch at one point and hated being constantly attached to my messages and people needing me, being able to disconnect is priceless now days.
