At first, when I received these, I gave these lights a 1 star reciew saying—“I just received these LED light strips yesterday and I loved them at first. They're very beautiful, bright and have a lot of customization options. However, not even 24 hours after I installed them, they're done for. I have tried plugging them in to other outlets and making sure every cord is connected correctly according to the instructions. I am very disappointed and will be returning.”Now, updating on February 3rd, 2019—after contacting the company, they were very understanding and sent me a new set soon after. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. After receiving the new set and having it for a few days, I can say that they’re still running strong and bright. Giving 4 stars though because the only issue with this new set is that 3 of the LED lights shown in the images only mesh well in blue lighting. Any other color I use, they stand out like a sore thumb and stay either blue or green.

Dont remember anything saying this was used....obviously these have been cut and soldered back together.Update: Gotta love a company that stands by their product! My initial purchase was was a fail, but I was immediately contacted by the company, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had no regreats. I couldn't give 5 stars because I haven't confirmed the waterproof feature, but these lights are gorgeous and the control has the features I was looking for.

No "white," only multi-color, blueish "whatever." Before someone tries to mansplain to me that "white" is an additive combination of RGB, I'll note "Yes, I understand that. However, when the spectral balance of that additive process is poor, you don't end up with a shade of white, you end up with a sickly variation of it." ...Which is what these produce. Remote only works within a few feet. Connectors are extremely poorly made, with the inner/functional component not bonded to outer plastic cover (such that connector cover pulls off easily, transferring stress to electrical contacts rather than insulation). Not-that-bright. All-in-all, simply a "meh" product in every sense. Wife strongly vetoed, so my daughter, who is unfussy about this sort of thing, took them.

When i first got these lights at the beginning of November i was in love with them. The were super easy to set up and worked instantly. The problem i had at first was getting the cord to stay in place. Around the beginning of December they started to randomly cut off and the cord would fall. Eventually they stoped working all together. Its been about a month now and I've tried everything and they are not working at all. Also the battery pack makes a weird buzzing/ringing noise They were cute while they lasted. Im not sure if i would recommend them to anyone but buy at your own risk and do your research.

These are really cool lights all my kids have them in their rooms, they really like them. Only thing is, is that my daughters sound bar remote seems to be pairing up with the lights so when she uses her remote it’s working for her lights and not her sound bar don’t know how to fix that problem just yet but it’s not really that big of a deal for her cause she really likes the lights. I would recommend this item.

cool in theory, soon as i plugged in my light strips they would only to respond to my TV remote and to my roku remote but if i use the remote the lights came with, i either get no lights, bright "white" light or 3 very similar purple colors. i understand that the fact iveso many receivers might be what's causing all this but to hit the "green" button on my remote and get pink which *should* be red!!! don't buy unless you can hook it up to your main light switch or unless it's your only remote.

So far so good. The connection isn’t as solid as I would like. I had to play with it a bit to get the lights to work. Once they did they were exactly what my daughter was looking for. Hopefully they stay up on the wall

I use these lights in my hallway and covers the entire room.It's brighter than I expected, and it can adjust the brightness. Never thought lighting is so easy.Easy process to set up. Suitable for friends at parties, especially at night. Remote comes with the lights and allows you to change to multiple colors, brighten or dim your lights other controls at your fingertips.
