This body warmer is super soft and very comfy to wear. I have only had it a couple of days and so far I've had no issues.I've worn it over thinner jumpers and hoodies and under my normal jackets and it didn't feel at all bulky.It heats the back of your neck, middle back and front well and a I suffer from reynauds (always cold) it is great for keeping me at a steady temperature. The two pockets are warm too.I'm a ladies size 16, top half, generally and I often buy an 18 but this really needs to be snug to hug the warmth against you. I initially sent for an XL but it gaped across my back and lost heat so I sent for a L and it fits me perfectly with room for movement as the material is a bit stretchy.I've read about the confusion over batteries. Weirdly my first body warmer, the XL, came with a conqueco battery and no charger but it would have fitted an old style Samsung charger. My second body warmer came with a charger and a random battery. As I had already charged the first battery I plugged it into the second body warmer to try it and, although it plugged in fine, it wouldn't work. So maybe there is something in the comments about it only working with its own battery. I'll test that theory later as I've ordered another power bank to use with it. I suppose that's my only slightly negative comment I only got about 4 hours out of the battery yesterday and then it takes hours to charge. However, even without the heating element this is a really lovely and warm piece of clothing. I really do recommend it.

Besides being ideal for me, this heated Vest Jacket is really good quality and so is the battery, which lasts a good amount of time. It looks good on too and I wear it in the house and out under my coats with no problem. I have dogs to walk in the morning so it's ideal during the cold winter mornings when I dog walk and I'm now all snug! YaY! I was slightly between sizes so I had to go up a size - but it's no problem as the next size up is not way too large on me and snug enough for me to enjoy all the warmth still without the sides feeling too far away from me. The battery is easy to to take out and put back in. The button to operate it is easy to use and has different colours for each heat setting. It's easy to turn on and off and once you've turned it off it stays warm for ages! I just LOVE this heated VEST JACKET. I need 2 batteries so I can just keep swapping them over! ..... SO....I'll probably live in it all winter! :)

It's a lightweight jacket and stylish at the same time. I don't need to wear too many layers and that's much better. Looking after me using this jacket 5-6 people brought the same jacket. I was joking that amazon should comission me for the same. Lol.Good technology to keep one warm as we work in a pottery studio and otherwise as well.My portable charger had stopped working so Jenny from the customer care kindly helped me to replace the same very quickly.

Nicely made gilet, warm even without switching on the heating. Bought a larger size in case wearing over a cardigan - a Large is roomy if you're a ladies size 12-14.It was a bit fiddly trying to work out how to switch it on once the battery was charged - the button to switch on the vest is located in the upper left part of the front of the vest (don't waste time trying to press the buttons on the battery pack!).

Very lightweight gilet - the ladies is a flattering cut. Size M is a UK 12. The heating part is easy to use and works quickly. I’ve found it best to wear the gilet under a layer as opposed to being the top layer if you want max warmth benefit.

I got this for my wife, as she works in a wearhouse that gets very cold in the winter. She love's that the body warmer heats around her neck, not just the body. She said it's amazing. The highest setting keeps her very warm, but the battery only lasts 3-4 hours. But the lower setting lasts 7-8 hours, so great for her shift. Getting another power bank so charging one while using another is something we have done. Overall great product, think I might get one myself.

I bought this as a gift for someone only to find out that I'd bought the wrong size, so I spoke to Jenny who was more than happy to help and arranged for a size exchange including a preprinted returns label and door to door collection. Jenny was incredibly helpful, and on top of this excellent customer service, the Gilet itself is comfortable, works as intended, looks lovely, and fit really well. Can't fault my experience.

The gilet was well received. It’s so warm and easy to use. It was a Christmas present and my mum loves it. The customer services are excellent too. I would suggest ordering a size up as my mum is a 16 and can only just do the XL up. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

La batteria ha un buona durata, il giubbino diventa caldo in pochi secondi. Le taglie sono un poco piccole e dalla S ho dovuto passare alla XL (restituito il primo giubbino ricevuto e ordinato un secondo).
