This is a very nice fountain. It was packed very tightly and all parts were there. Instructions pretty easy. It was put together easily. We did have to make one part work because it was too tight.It didn't take too long for the solar panel to get enough power to start. I do wish they gave more instructions about how to use, when to put the battery on or off etc. I first put the battery one then felt like it might wear down the battery. So, I shut if off and just use the solar panel. It does take awhile for it to start in the morning or if it cloudy all day.The muted color with a dash of red it very appealing and goes with most backgrounds. I only had it for about two weeks so will know more in the next summer months.I wrote to the company to get more information on when to use the battery and when to shut if off. The company never replied but I do have a telephone number but hadn't called yet. Like to know more about when to put it up for the winter months. Again, they need to have more information and not just instructions. It is made in China which is a negative. Surely, USA can make a water fountain?All in all a nice fountain. Nice enough so far that my daughter will order one too.

This is a great little fountain. The design and coloring are more impressive than I anticipated. Strangely, I received two different solar panels and pumps in the box. Originally, I thought that the access panel to the pump was missing, and I contacted the company who called right back to arrange for a replacement. It turns out, that the panel is actually at the very bottom of the box taped into the Styrofoam, in case you can’t find yours.The pump will only go when the sun is shining on it, and I ultimately opted to hardwire it to a 9 V plug in adapter.It’s also worth mentioning, that the birds in my yard will often use it as a birdbath, which splashes a lot of the water out. On a hot week you might find yourself needing to refill the fountain almost each day.Some reviewer‘s have commented that the fountain is lightweight and might blow over. It is definitely on the lightweight side, but I can’t imagine it blowing over if it was full of water.

I feel they sent me an older version of this fountain. It's advertised as having 2 lights. Mine only had 1 and other features that are not the same as what i ordered. I had problems from the first week. The water flow was constantly funky, and now the pump quit working and it hasn't even been 10 months! I consistently cleaned the fountain. Design flaws as well so to keep debris out was difficult, but I found a way to fix that myself. I feel customer service is extremely bad as well. They were of no help to me! i SPENT HOURS DEALING WITH AMAZON AND KENROY HOME TO TRY AND GET THIS RESOLVED! All i was offered was a new pump. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel they are misleading with the information about their product! For almost $600, save yourself $ and aggravation and time!

The media could not be loaded. I liked the way it looked and the dimensions were just right for the spot in my front yard. The product was packaged very well and the assembly was quite easy as per the instruction manual included. Would have been happy to get 2 pumps and solar panels like other customers but I wasn't lucky. I filled it with water just over the fill line and cut the on button. The battery was precharged so was able to see it work. It did and the sound was soothing. Used the shims to balance it also. Next day I left the button off and the solar panel got enough sun to make the pump work after the sun went down. However the battery did not have enough charge to run for 6 hours as advertised. The manual did say however to gave it 2 days of full sun in the off position so I'll see if that works. Panel has light port but no attachment so that has to be bought separately. That's disappointing. For the price that would be a no brainer to include!!! Maybe small submersible/floating solar lights would work nicely. Hoping the birds come back for a drink and splash. I bought it for that mainly. Will update again. All in all a nice fountain. Love the cream color with the lite dashes of color in it. Will buy the water cleaner that's safe for birds also. Update: The battery was fully charged and does gave quite a few hours after the sun goes down. I cut it off as recommended to save the battery/pump when not needed. Another little disappointment was the price went down considerably with a less then a week of purchase and as per Amazon policy they do not refund the lower price difference.

The fountain was very easy to assemble. All parts were in the box and accounted for. After setting the fountain up and enjoying the sound of the water we noticed water on the floor right under the base. I turned the fountin off dried the floor left it off and when i removed the towel i had place under it and it was soaked. I then cdried my floor again and llaced a new towel under it without turning it on and the was damp after a few hours. I've order some flex seal to spray on the bittom to see if this seals the base. Other than that the fountain works great.

I purchased this fountain to go in the foyer of my home, and it fits perfectly! It was easy to put together and is sturdy and firm. As soon as I plugged it up it started working and has been flowing ever since. It came with levelers, but I didn't need them since my floor is level. We turn the light on at night and the sound of the water can be heard clearly in the living room and even in our bedroom!

The media could not be loaded. Full admission, I just got this today. I have to test run it to see how well it really does over the long haul. I was more interested in reviewing to post some pictures and videos since nobody else had done that yet. The color of this fountain is gray. it says it’s a concrete finish, but I think it’s a gray paint that they named Concrete. I figured it was nicer than another one I saw that was almost identical but A lighter color. The darker color looks a little bit more solid and doesn’t look cheap. It appears to live up to my expectations for the short time. The noise is good. You have to use distilled water though. I put the video up to get a better view.

Easy to put together, solar panel works well. Easy to diamante to clean. Love that the cord for the panel is really long in allowing the fountain to be in the shade while the solar panel in full sun.
