Very Misleading Product Advertisement!
This product has no real instructions on how to use it. Plenty of warnings and possibilities for injuries but NO instructions for how to safely and effectively use it. The person I gifted it to for Christmas can't even use it for hair removal because it did not come with the blue hair removal lamp that is advertised in the picture. I bought it for them for the hair removal aspect! This is a very misleading product advertisement! The person I gifted it to and myself are both VERY dissatisfied and I will be returning it! What an embarrassment!

Several Issues
My pkg did not contain the "2x shaving cutters", as listed above. I did receive 3 laser heads, but they are not labeled, so I don't know which head does what. My box did not contain a blue laser, nor did it contain a yellow laser. I have a clear one, and 2 reds. On top of that, I found the instruction manual to be lacking actual instructions. There are several pages of warnings, but very little information on how to use the product. Plus, the person who wrote the booklet does not know the English language very well, which makes things even more confusing. I will be returning it.UPDATE: I have a yellow, orange, and red light. I bought this for hair removal, which is the blue one, WTF!

worked great for a while
I bought a device from this company with 150,000 uses supposedly. After I got to about 100,000 it just quit working. It was used only by me and carefully cared for but just went dead. I am really unsure if I even got the number of uses indicated as I have had it for about 2 years. It came from Amazon and the only difference is the model has been updated.

Hair Removal Blue Laser not in box
I received this for Christmas. Once I opened the box I noticed that the instructions on how to use the item were very bleak. I went to the web site and it was for Adult Toys??? I looked on YOUTUBE and then noticed that I didn't have all the parts, the Blue Laser for removing hair was not included in the box only 2 yellow Lasers and 1 Red. Such a disappointment !! I am sending it back. In fact... the instruction booklet didn't even mention what laser to use... I had to look it up online. VERY MISLEADING!
