Didn't work for me.
After nearly a month of use I really don't notice a loss of appetite and sadly no discernible weight change. I know from experience that the diet itself will work but the supplement does nothing to allow me to consume any carbs and still lose weight. And that is my problem with the whole KETO diet, not sustainable over time.
