FreshTrends Diamond Nose Stud 14K White Gold Nose Ring Twist Screw 20 Gauge I1 Clarity

Purchased this product and thought it was beautiful upon opening it. I take my diamonds serious so always take to my jeweler to ensure authenticity. The jeweler tested this diamond several times and it is a fake. Jewelers best guess was that it was a white topaz. Be very weary, I've scrubbed their website and they state in several places that it is real. BE VERY CAUTIOUS. It is a beautiful piece but for too much for a fake. You can get a CZ for 1/3 of the price. So completely disappointed. I guess the price was too good to be true. Should have known.

Such a cute little ring! The diamind is beautiful. I was afraid that it was gonna be a microscopic piece of dust based on the reviews I read for it, but it was actually bigger than I expected! It's a small diamond, but I prefer small nose studs and it looks great in! Only problem is that the post is pretty short and quite snug on my nose, and is sort of pushing on my piercing bump, which is my reason for the 4 stars. but maybe that will help it heal since it can't really move around at all. And plus I was hoping the real gold will help my nose heal too!! Great product though! Happy with my purchase

My 20G screw came in a generic package with no paperwork whatsoever. I expected some paperwork verifying the authenticity of both the gold and the diamond. I will be taking this piece to my jeweler

This lovely diamond stud arrived quickly which made me very happy! Just couldn't wait to put it in. Sadly though, I had the same problems with the corkscrew and just couldn't seem to get it through my nose. I tried every day for a week thinking it was just me but I could never find or make it poke through the inside of my nostril.So on Thursday I had it 3/4 of the way in then got stuck. Slapped a bandaid over my nose (so not to lose the stud) and dashed off to a close tattoo shop. The young lady who helped me had problems too and had to make adjustments to the curve. She got it in using a needle as a guide.So all that drama aside (which I deducted a star for) this is just beautiful! It sparkles without being gaudy and does fit flush to me nose. That can make a big difference when washing or drying my face and then getting it caught in the towel. So no problems with that!It is lovely and I will recommend this to others, as long as they have experience changing the studs out and/or making adjustments to the actual metal.

Yes, I'd recommend doing your homework before spending more than $10 on nose jewelry. I didn't wear a screw for years because I was scared I couldn't put it in. I wish I'd known what I was missing. Screws stay put and if you size it correctly, you never notice it's there. So do your homework, test out different sizes. Screws come in different lengths and of course studs come in different sizes. I was looking for a tiny diamond that would lay flat. if you want a big sparkly diamond that people will notice as you walk past, buy a larger stone than this one. A 1.5mm diamond is TINY, still sparkly, but it doesn't grab attention and scream "Look at me." The 6mm screw size of this nose screw is perfect for me, but again, buy a cheaper nose screw and try it out. I like the stud to lay flat against my nose without so much extra post that it takes up too much space in my nostril. But 6mm might be too short of a screw for you to get into your nose (the curve is tighter than 7mm or 8mm sizes). I'm super happy with this diamond nose screw.

We bought the identical nose ring from Freshtrends directly two years ago and it was a disaster. It took 21 days for delivery. The half loop protruded from my wife's nose, making everyone think she had a permanent booger. The gauge was also 33% thicker than advertised.This particular purchase was spot on. Arrived in 3 days, properly fitted my wife's nose, and does not protrude. I will never purchase from FT directly, but I will trust Amazon.

I lost my prior nose ring which absolutely saddened me - I'd had it for over 20 years. However this replacement is perfect. The stone is a perfect size for my face and it sits flush with the skin. It is also easy to get in and take out without worry of it falling out. Absolutely love this and very happy I purchased it!

Just what I was looking for. Small, but elegant. I did not have any problems getting it in and it stays in; even when I wash my face or wipe sweat with a washcloth during work outs. I am very happy with this product.
