I've had my eye on this for a while but never had the chance to get one until now.I love my coffee and have all kinds of brewers including an aero press, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, tassimo. I also grind / burr my own beans and subscribe to coffee clubs. My coffee is usually drunk black with no sugar.Instantly on getting the thermos out of the box it looks quality from the body to the leather handle.The body had an oval profile in the middle becoming round at the top and the bottom. This gives it a lovely feel over the usual round profiles.The electronic display on the top is sleek and you wouldn't know its there until you touch it.Swipe to the right and it gives you the temperature of your drink. I've tested this against another thermometer and its spot on with its accuracy.Swipe to the right and it displays the timerSwipe right again and it resets the timerThere's also a game which displays either rock,a paper or scissors.I washed the cup out and ground up some beans which I popped into the brewer before putting it into the cup and filling it with hot water (80 degrees C from the kettle)Swiping right twice reset and started the timer off and the temperature showed 68 degrees.The instructions state 8 minutes for hot drinks but after that, it's not clear if you should take it out or leave it in. At home its obviously easy to take it out but on the move you'd have to leave it in and that will mean stewed coffee.After 10 minutes the temperature remained at 68 degrees which is when I compared it against another thermometer.I kept the lid closed and after 45 minutes the temperature had only dropped to 63 degrees, still too hot to drink so very impressive heat retention.ProsLovely form to the cup which feels nice to holdIt looks high qualityIt feels like high qualityRetains the heat wellAble to brew coffee on the goConsThe temperate is hours and minutes, no secondsThe display doesn't stay on for very longThe brew capsule takes up a lot of space when in useThe brew capsule is difficult to remove

Just arrived today super excited, However, Touch Screen DOES NOT Work AT ALL !! so disappointed. Love the style but the primary feature of the mug does not work. I'll try changing the battery to see if that is the problem. I'll update this review once I find an outcome. If not, hopefully, they can send me out a spare touch screen as I really want to love this mug.UPDATE !!!!The Seller contacted me super fast explaining that the issue was probably a dead battery. In return, he has offered me a compensation for a new battery. I went this morning and replaced the battery and so far everything works fine. I am very happy with this product working as intended but also I am very satisfied with the thoughtfulness and consideration of the seller.

Never thought mugs could have so many feautures and still be amazing at providing an awesome coffee. My husband is a driver and he loves it for his long trips.Was totally impressed with the quality of this item. So far the best I have bought!It keeps the temperature for so much longer than the one I used to carry around.The grip is amazing and the handle also fantastic.It already fell couple of times on the flor and you can’t notice a scratch.The touch screen is also very responsive and has even a fun game as one of the feautures.Very easy manual with clear instructions on how to clean, use and keep it safe.Will definitely recommend this to everyone!

Definitely the best thermos I have used. Three hours after making tea in it, it was still too hot to drink. Obviously you can open the cap to cool it faster if you need to. One time I waited 8 hours before taking a drink and it was still comfortably hot.The touch screen is cool, and the temperature readout is useful for knowing when it's at the right temperature to drink. The timer confused me at first because I thought it wasn't starting, but I later realised it counts in minutes rather than seconds. You have to swipe twice to start it though.The leather strap is a good quality and very useful for carrying around.Very easy to clean, and leather strap is easy to keep out of the way while washing.Works very well for both hot and cold drinks. I tried a cold drink with ice, and the ice was still clinking around cooling the drink 8 hours later.£30 seems a bit much at first, but it performs far better than other thermos cups I've tried at the £20, so I'd say it's worth it.

Updated: At first i was disappointed as per my original review you can read below. But i have to say, that customer service is amazing. Although they didn't have to, as warranty period was over, and i didn't even contact them, they still refunded money in full aftering reading my review. They also apologized and explain that customer satisfaction is their priority. I am giving 5 stars to that.Original review:I was really exited about this item and when I got it I thought it was great. Unfortunately after a little bit more that a month, leather strap broke in the middle of carrying and mug fell on the floor and got quite big scratches.I tried to find a way how to return, but after 30 days is not possible any more, which i think is quite unfair as this shouldn't happen after a moth of normal use. Otherwise I would really recommend, but not worth it if you end up like me with damaged item

Fits a good amount of tea or coffee and keeps it warm for a long time. It separates the tea with an enclosed infusion chamber, so you can make tea or coffee fresh in it but also not get any bits in your mouth. It also tells you how hot it is, which for me was the main reason for buying as I use it to infuse green tea at 80 degrees celcius, so that is really handy.
