this stuff works!
It's hard to find good workout supplements, because they all have so much junk in them. This is free of sugar, soy, dairy, yeast, gluten, etc. I take 1/2 a tsp before a workout, and it seems to give me extra energy.

Creatine is a must if you want results and the products help to achieve those results without breaking the bank!

This product mixes easily. You get 166 servings in the 250g bag so it isn't expensive. There are no additives and it is gluten free.

Dissolves well, very little taste
I'm satisfied with this product. It's ground very finely and dissolves very well in hot drinks and decently in smoothies (not perfect, but acceptable to my tastes). It doesn't have much of a taste compared to other Creatine products I've tried, but it is noticeable in some drinks.
