So low profile my dog doesn't know it's there
Thank god for this one company who makes this concept. I googled for ID only dog collars and they are basically the only people who agree it should exist. I have a 110lb Newfoundland. Her fur is so thick around her neck that a fitted normal collar looks like it's choking her because of her mane and a constant collar rubs and gives her hot spots so she doesn't wear it when we are home. And if we are out she always has on her harness which has tags and we never used her collar for her leash ever so she stopped wearing it at all because she got a bad hot spot just for being in the lake for a day and we decided that was that. Newfs are known for being water rescue dogs, telling her she can't swim won't happen. So when she was out, her harness had her info, but at home she had nothing. I wanted a thin non-leash-bearing collar for her that had her info but didn't bother her. This was perfect. I don't have to worry about her slipping out of it because she doesn't care to. She doesn't even notice it. In fact we don't either, it's so low profile it hides in her fur. It looks like nothing is there unless you check for it or hear the tag jingle, and people looking to ID her will check, and that's the only purpose it has. She's chipped but that is way more work than just calling an owner. No more "lost dog, slipped her collar so here's a description" worries. Its amazing. Picture for proof, she's wearing it here and it has two tags on it, silver and baby blue. Picture looks irrelevant because you can't see it at all, you feel it if you pet her neck. Pretty sure she doesn't know it's there either. Can't speak to slipping, she has enough fur that if it got slightly looser we wouldn't know. I'm pretty sure it could slip all the way and she'd be wearing it like a necklace for days before we noticed. Also, In the absolute worst case you could likely hold her by it or clip a leash to it, as in if a stranger is trying to read her tag to call us, it would likely support her tugging a bit for a few minutes. Or if they had to put a leash on her, it's better than literally nothing, if only because she'd see she was clipped to a leash and stay still. I'd take a dog I found having a small rope over literally nothing to hold onto, so we aren't counting on it being used like that but it's comforting to know there's a piece of rope that can be used to hold her even if it broke. 10/10, great product.

Great for all day use for I.D Tags
I bought another collar for my Golden but since most large sized collars are very wide and the buckles are big I noticed she had to sleep in a certain position so that it wouldn’t bother her. I got her this collar and noticed immediately that her sleeping position changed completely. She also doesn’t scratch it and doesn’t shake her head anymore like she used to with the other one. The other one was really cute but I prefer my dogs comfort over how it looks on her.

So glad I found this!
What a great alternative for my husky mix. Lightweight and comfortable. I use a pinch collar to walk him and needed a way to keep his tag on him while walking him in case he got loose for some reason. It doesn’t get in the way of his pinch collar and seems to be more comfortable for him. Great buy!

Great if you just want a light collar for ID tags
This is just what we were looking for our pup! He kept scratching at his collar and it was really messing up his fur. Just seemed like it really agitated him so I wondered if there were any alternatives and found this. So glad I did! It does seem a bit "flimsy", but I realize it's just for ID tags. That being said, he's worn it for a couple of months now with no issues (except occasional stretching over time which you can fix by re-adjusting to the right the size).

This collar didn't last a month. It kept loosing up on my dog so I was constantly having to readjust the collar to snug it up around my dogs neck because I didn't want it to fall off. One time while I was adjusting it one of the rope ends pulled out from the metal clasp that holds it together. I was unable to reinsert the rope, so there went my money down the drain. I would suggest sticking to a collar with a buckle, this product is not worth the money.

Lightweight, coat friendly, ID tag holder, for permanent wear
LOVE these tag holders - they never seem to come off even in rough play and do not mess my dogs coat up like other larger collars. I just put his training or walking collars on and off when we are going out and the ID tag is always on him and easily visible. Very sleek and comfortable for my pup!

Lightweight, dries fast, fits perfectly
My golden retriever has a problem with his neck and is unable to have anything pulling on it. This collar is light and the slides work perfectly to make it fit. It dries quickly when it gets wet.I love the fact that if my dog Ever became tangled he could pull it off of him. I always remind people that it is not a collar and he is not meant to be led by it.
