Poor quality from China should be 12.99
The product does not tighten well enough to keep the handle locked in even when pounding it closed with a hex and hammer. The black tape on the scooter peals immediately. Lasted a day.

Decent scooter, but not sure it's worth the price
Works well but the handle and front wheels don't seem to stay tight enough. Other than that it's sturdy and works fine. Don't feel like I got a good value and it was probably not worth the price.

I would not recommend this product
The t-bar handle will not stay tight. Each time my son rides the scooter the handle loosens and must be retightened. I would not recommend this product. Definitely not worth the money paid.
