I suffer from back and shoulder pain pretty often and have been using a heating pad for years this heating pad is designed for shoulder relief and it works great. This pad drapes over your shoulders so it gets right where the pain is and unlike a regular heating pad it doesn't slip of or bunch up the cover is very soft and comfortable the snap on the front really helps keep the pad in place and with 3 heat settings it's easy to get the desired level of heat. I have had a lot of heating pads and still have a over sized one I use for my back but nothing has worked nearly as well as this one does specifically for shoulder pain.

I originally bought this a couple months ago and it smelled like burnt plastic so I returned it. The company reached out to me completely unsolicited and sent me a replacement. I’m still very surprised to see a company actually care about their customers. I have it wrapped around my neck right now. Very soft and well made. The snap closure is perfect if you’re having neck pain. Extra long cord which is important when you’re wrapping it around your neck. No burnt plastic smell and great customer service.

This thing is awesome. First it is so soft! I love it. It gets hot super fast and stays that way....and while it might feel kind of dorky, the snap on the front holds it in place so you don't have to worry about it slipping around. There is a little flap that goes up for the back of your neck as well which is possibly one of my favorite features. I love this thing and I am so happy with my purchase. I use it all the time when I am working at my desk and my neck is bothering me.

I could only give 3 stars, even though I hope to get a lot of use out of this heating pad; I find it to be rather cheaply made. For instance the controller gets warm when plugged in, but not on. The pad itself does not get warm all the way to the edges, and in my opinion , the middle does not get hot enough, even on the highest setting. Also I find the pad very short. I’m afraid that I did not read the dimensions before purchasing.

I like the soft plush feel of the heading pad and how it does conform to the shoulder/neck regions. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of heat it produces. I find myself going back and using my original flat heating pad and using the "shoulder and neck heating pad" to hold the old pad in place.

I have used the heating pad almost every nite. It is just what I needed for my shoulder and neck aches. The heat settings work great. Would recommend this heating pad

The heating pad was delivered very quickly. Has a really long cord that makes it very easy to use from your couch or bed. Three settings. Buttons easy to changes. No auto cutoff which I like but could be a safety issue if you set it to High and fell asleep so please note that. Very soft material. Nice color. No smell out of the box. Has a snap closure at the neck. The heat goes up the collar up the back of the neck which is GREAT for headache suffers and muscle spasms.

Love this! Long cord, warms up fast, and is super soft. Snap closure to keep it in place when used on neck and shoulders.
