Supplement meets my needs.

I take one capsule 3 times a day with enough water to be sure it doesn't stick in my throat. I have to say I was skeptical it would actually make a difference, but it has. Noticed a difference in about a month or so? Have been taking regularly for > a year and will continue. It's been 8 months since my last injections of Durolane (both knees). I've never gone that long since I started on the every-six-months injections. I also have osteoarthritis in my hands - has helped with that pain as well. It's not a cure - but it sure helps.

Update: There is a free sample for there product on the cap. Figured I would take advantage of it. When I went to the websites to get my free sample, and checked out; they had a shipping fee for almost the price of the product. How free is that????Could taste the turmeric in the pill, where another product was tasteless and odorless when taking. Will try for 3 months and see how effective it is.

Join pain. It doesn’t take the pain away but subsides it and makes it easier to move.

I’ve only taken it for a month—- no adverse effects. I’m not sure if I’m feeling are any benefits yet, but want to continue and see

For now, I give it 5 stars. Many times the labeling in turmeric products is misleading and they don’t give enough curcuminoids. I just started taking this product a few days ago but I have high hopes for this one as other turmeric products did not give me the desired results for arthritis pain in my wrist. This product seems to have adequate curcuminoids I am seeking. Time will tell.
