Steve's PaleoGoods, PaleoBites Coconut Fig, 8 oz (Pack of 3)

I began AIP about two weeks ago. Because my sugar cravings have been so intense and I am travelling for a minute, I decided to order these to have on hand in case I was tempted to make a dive for the ice cream.And I'm glad I did. They are perfect little nibbles of sweetness. To be clear, if you don't like coconut or figs, they may not be for you. These taste intensely of both - which I'm a huge fan of. I am excited for when I wholly transition to paleo to and can incorporate some natural sugars more regularly because these are yummygoodness.

These are delicious for someone avoiding gluten. I ate them up in a couple of days before I realized they aren't true AIP friendly. AIP is a very strict diet for those with autoimmune problems like mine. They have almonds (AIP is nut free) and Gogi powder. Gogi is also not on the diet. I think these are a wonderful and healthy snack for most people. I'm looking forward to ordering them again once I am cleared to discontinue the AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet.

Delicious snack, sweetened with Figs with a coconut flavor, almost like a much less sweet macaroon but a little less coconut. These are firm, chewy squares about 1", 1 or 2 with a cup of tea is perfect to fend off my sweet tooth. Will definitely buy again!

I have been on a low carb diet since June. Costco was carrying Paleo Bits, but no longer has them. I tried these, which are more expensive and comes in a much smaller amount. To me, they have a very unpleasant chemical taste. I tried the Coconut Fig, 2 of my favorite things.

All three containers went in the trash. I can usually tolerate foods that are just barely passable, but these were bad!

Yummy and nutritious. Makes an excellent backpacking snack.
