Good thing in this price.
Good quality product.Sound is clear & loud. It's getup is beautiful. Size is good, neither big nor small. Easily fixes and suits at many places. Alexa functions nice. The only sad-back is its initial setting. I couldn't do it and had to take help of an I.T specialist.

Bargain of the decade
First a few points to note1 The i-box app is no longer on playstore but a quick google search for ibox apk will find it.2 The setup is a bit clunky & sometimes your not sure if you're doing the right thing.3 This hasn't an FM radio option, it's purely an internet radio so you'll need a wifi connection + ibox app on your phone or tablet & your amazon account login details.I dont pretend to know how it does it bit it integrates with your Alexa & Spotify phone apps & plays your favourite music on request, it also uses 'TuneIn' to pull in any radio station you ask for,The unit produces a rich sound for such a small box, build quality is excellent & it looks great too.I'm in my 60's with a background in IT & I found the setup a bit obscure but managed it in the end, younger generation do this stuff in their sleep & would probably breeze through it. Some very negative reviews here which are not deserved, this device was around £150 when launched in 2018 & now it's £30, the i-box app is available if you search the internet, perhaps people misread the description & thought this was a conventional radio which it isn't, worth every penny in my opinion, might even buy another for a Christmas present.

Great Look and Sound
I’ve had the century a few weeks now, and I really like it. It’s sounds great and looks the part. It doesn’t feel cheap and has a nice finish to it. The Alexa works well from distance and the app makes it easy to use. The sound is quality even at max volume. Only down side is it has to be plugged in to work.

Looks better than it is- just get a dot for Alexa
Pro’s- Good sound quality- Easy initial set up- Easy to switch between Alexa and Bluetooth.- Sensitive microphone to pick up your requests.Con’s- Although can use Alexa, it doesn’t fully sync with Alexa app. This means it only connects with music through Amazon or Tune In radio. So, only limited access to music, otherwise need to pay for Amazon Music Unlimited.- Doesn’t connect with Apple Music through Alexa.- Difficulty connecting to different radio stations.

Century i Box
I specifically bought this item to use as a bedside radio to listen to my favourite Globals station Classic FM.Unfortunately when i request this station i get a negative response NOT ABLE TO PLAY THE MUSIC.The set up as easy and it looks good but i wont be using it as I dont listen to any of the other programmes it is able to play. Waste of money for me.

A large version of an Echo dot
This is not an Internet Radio. It has no display and you can’t load and save radio stations. It is a smart speaker disguised to look like a radio and equipped with Amazon Alexa. Yes, you can play radio stations as you would on an Echo Dot but the set up is clumsy and the device drops signal frequently unlike a dot. Basically, a waste of money, get a dot instead.

Impressive Internet Bluetooth radio
OK so bowled over by this device. BUT I had a huge problem with instructions. You cannot get the app from Google Play, you find this out when you contact support who then send you a special link to download the app.Once you get the App and ensure you are only on a 2.4G network the setup works and then it is super easy to use.Love it. Awesome sound quality and excellent built.

Imperfect But Briiliant!
Hooked up to Alexa this is a fantastic sounding speaker for the price. It can produce CD quality or near CD quality sound using Amazon Music. I lose connection using the installed software - perhaps my fibre broadband is too fast - so I compensate with Alexa instead. I had absolutely no interest in Alexa until I tried it - when I realized it connected to Amazon Music I was really impressed. One can then experience higher bit rate performance because the signal transmitted is coming via the internet. I connected to radio stations with bluetooth and the performance was far superior to DAB. A great purchase for less than £40!
