Product: ok. Avoid INTELCOM delivery at all costs
It is really made of bone. The nut is fine but the saddle is already profiled with compensation for strings, narrow like for steel strings, not classical nylon ones. It would be better if it was a totally square blank, especially for fine intonation tuning.

These are great
I’ve purchased these a couple of times for different guitars, the nut and saddle both sound great. The slots on the nuts were perfect on both that I purchased.

Good quality
This nut and saddle set is good quality. I was able to use them for my octave mandolin, which is a 3/4 sized acoustic guitar that I added 2 strings to. The size isn't a standard bouzouki or octave mando size, so these were perfect for my project.
