Quality shop rags
Good shop rags hold up well good for multiple uses. Wouldn’t recommend washing unless you have a separate washing machine. There cheap enough just toss when no longer usable.

Pleased.
We bought these to clean up little unexpected pet “messes” - the things you need more than a paper towel for and may choose to dispose of in garbage rather than look at or touch. Strong recommendation - wash entire stack multiple times before use. They continue to bleed after multiple washes. This may not be necessary depending upon your use. Other than that we are very pleased with this purchase.

They’re ok
They’re cheap but they honestly look like they’ve been used for years they look grey and dingy and a few I had to throw away as soon as I opened the package they are absorbent and for 30$ it’s a decent deal

Shop Rag 101
Good shop quality rags intended to wipe your hands from grease and oil, undercarriage crud and such. These were never intended to be used for detailing nor for soaking up water because they don't have the thickness to absorb and hold water or water based products. Knock over your beer or soft drink don't expect these to soak it up unless you use a dozen of them. Keep a roll of paper towels around for that.If you use these rags for grease and oil hand wiping and parts wiping do you really think you can save them up and throw them in your household washer???? Good luck with that. Take them to a laundromat. Back in the day most shops and gas stations got their rags from a laundry and uniform company and those companies rinsed these rags in solvent to get the petroleum based products out of the rags before machine washing them and they always leached out a little color even after repeated cleanings. It was always the newer rags that leached their color. Not the older faded rags so much. These rags look pretty fresh (new) to me.Some might have ugly stitching repairs. Because shop rags are usually recycled over and over, as they became torn or had a hole punched through them the rag vendor or servicer would simply stitch them up to close the hole or even stitch on a patch. Either way it wasn't pretty but did not prevent the rag from continued use.I have never counted my bulk rag purchases but if I did and I was shorted some then sure, I can send the whole lot back to amazon. It would be better (if I have the info) to contact the original vendor and see if they will send me what they shorted me. I'll bet most vendors would throw a few extra's in.If the price for the 100 pack is really cheap like these I'm not gonna sweat it over 5 to 10 rags. Beyond 10 somebody is being dishonest if I were to be short on every order. Now I feel I should be sheet counting my paper towel and toilet tissue rolls !!!!

They Are Perfect Rags
I'm so happy to have these. They come in so handy to have around for a variety of things. I love using them as a wet rag to wipe down outdoor tables before eating dinner. They are not meant to be the type of rag that will soak up a big wet mess, but they do make great little cleaning rags. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars on those categories, but they aren't expected to be super absorbent. There are enough of them to have them stored under sinks in various parts of the house for handy use.The review in which they mentioned to be sure to wash them first and add some bleach was very helpful. It keeps me from being afraid of bleeding of the dye with my other laundry. So throw them all in the washing machine when you get them and run them through a cycle. That will help them shed their initial lint too.And for the person who took the time to count each and every one to be sure there were exactly 100, I say that's a waste of time. There are lots and lots of them and if you're short one or two it's no big deal. I wouldn't want to be the poor worker who has to make sure we get exactly 100. :)
