Not great.
1/2 melted since the post man left them in the sun. Amazon refunded me, so all good. Wanted to buy them again, but the price was much higher. I decided to use this one anyway and toss the mostly melted ones. I was quite disappointed to find that there are really only 7 or 8 truffles...the rest (20+) are flat square chocolates that are not good. I felt really ripped off, but then remembered that i was reimbursed and they were free. So, all good and I would not buy again, even though i typically love Godiva Chocolate! Even the ones that were not melted, were not good...did they change the recipe. Yuck!

Good Chocolate, Pretty box, however, no mention of Christmas etc on it..
my friend bought one of these in store this year, (for normal cost,) and opened it up and ate all the candy.. I informed her it was a calendar. etc etc lol anyhow, this is a very nice advent calendar, in the sense that the chocolate is actually good.. most advent (chocolate) calendars I grew up with, the chocolate was just plain nasty. This is a really nice upgrade, and I did buy one for myself which I will open appropriately..lol I did note on hers, that a lot of the doors had plain wrapped chocolate squares, etc, to nit pick, it would be cool if each door had neat little snowmen or Santa shaped pieces like in the picture. The other thing is, I would like to see some mention of Christmas on the calendar. And I wish Godiva would make more of these each year, they sell out very fast, then price gouging gets crazy! This is definitely a great choice if your main goal is to get a good piece of chocolate each day! If you like your calendar to have more religious references or pictures, this probably isn't the calendar for you.. Happy Holidays!

Overpriced
I bought this for myself because I love Godiva chocolate. I don't think I will be purchasing again. As they say, it is mostly the single milk chocolate/ dark chocolate squares. You get what is advertised, but other brands have better options. Will be going with Lindt next time. (Would buy again if Godiva brought back the 24 truffle option!)

Yummy chocolate in a mostly good design
Got this for my daughter. She enjoyed the chocolate! Some of the compartments weren't well sealed, so several times she had chocolates that had slid from one compartment to another--she either didn't get a candy one day or had 2 behind a door. She didn't even realize there was a ribbon hanger until she disassembled it on Christmas for recycling. So a few design flaws but overall a winner.

Missing candies
This Advent calendar was missing candy in some of the cambers. I know what your thinking, they may have fallen to the bottom. They did not, they were just missing. Very disappointed, especially considering it's Godiva.

Good quality, disappointing assortment
The chocolate is good quality but the assortment of chocolate is poor. Almost every day contains a small flat square of chocolate. All the same. Very boring advent calendar. Disappointed in this product.

This is not worth the money - Do not buy. Tried to keep it short for you to read
This calendar is a joke. The idea of an advent calendar is a mix of items with a slow build to Christmas. This is not even close, this is more like an old 8 track that has a few tracks over and over (younger generation -> Google 8-track, and see what hell older people had to go through for music).Anyway - let's start the first bullet item -"Each day includes a gourmet chocolate treat: a Belgian milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate, one of 9 seasonal pieces, or one of 15 individually wrapped seasonal milk chocolate carres."NOPE not true, and if they would show the back it would explain that you really only get 4 DIFFERENT OPTIONS. All the squares are the same = 15, then 3 molds of THREE different types (ganache in milk chocolate, hazelnut prailine in white chocolate, or white chocolate and vanilla ganache in dark chocolate). The other bullet item -"Beware of unauthorized dealers selling GODIVA products. Buy with confidence in our superior quality, and impeccable customer service when products are marked as "Ships and sold by Amazon."WHY?? - The fakes might have more of a variety. My daughter is 12, and we almost didnt buy the Lego Advent. At the last minute I added the Lego one for fun. Really glad I did.I know Christmas is days away, but I hope this review helps you save money for something better.

Chocolate Anticipation
I gave a calendar to my daughter and granddaughter. They were thrilled! They got to sample different Godivia chocolate each day. They couldn't wait to open little doors. Sorry I didn't get one for myself...next year.
