This is was a gift for my niece that I require a refund for. It is a dangerous product that has got so tangled in my niece’s hair that it had to be cut off.The warning about these getting stuck in hair is in tiny writing at the bottom of the box, (in white and blue so doesn’t stand out) and will not get read by parents, especially if these are bought as a gift.The ‘video’ posted by the manufacturer to help get stuck Bunchems out of hair is a joke - they are carefully placed Bunchems, not in any way tangled, and is nothing more than a sly way of the manufacturer not owning up to the fact these should be banned.We have spent 4 hours getting these out of my niece’s hair, causing a lot of emotional distress.The last 10 Bunchems that were stuck were so bad we had to cut a big chunk off. No amount of conditioner was helping at that point.We are not the only ones this has happened to. There are lots of similar cases online that have even made the news and I’m absolutely livid these are still being sold 5 years since they were released and the first cases were reported! How many more times does this need to happen before someone admits this product is dangerous? These should absolutely be recalled by the manufacturer and not be sold to the public.

Was a present for a 7 year old and she's delighted with it. She's really used her imagination to create great things. Only downside was when she created a tiara and then wore the tiara. The bunchems stick to hair like glue. Be warned about this people and tell your kids to keep bunchems out of their hair.
