Update(Sept 2021) the mats are falling apart. The silicone over the mat is coming off and the webbing inside is now exposed. The pan and rack are still great. The pan still hasn’t wrapped or had any discoloration. I’ve used the for just about everything, I even made a thin sheet cake, so I could make a rolled cake; turned out perfect. I love the racks for keeping fried things hot because I never have soggy bottoms.Update (march2021): I’ve used these now dozens of time and washed them too. I bake something on them nearly everyday. They are totally beautiful still and I’m surprised that cleanup is so easy. I used the pans to make a thin layer cake with tons of layers and to my surprise the cakes came out flawless! No rusting, no cleanup issues, no warping! I still cannot find anything negative to say; they work perfect and I’m now going to buy two more large ones. Oh and the little tiny pan has been awesome for making mini pies, baked eggs, baking nuts, and little dishes for one person! It’s become really handy. The scuffing/scratches originally on the pans do not seem to cause any issues with cooking or cleanup.————I have nothing negative to say about the performance of these pans; they do exactly as stated.I do wish the two smaller pans were not sooo small. I’ve never figured out what to do with the littlest one yet!My only bubble burst was the pans were scratched up a bit so the mirror finish isn’t showroom perfect.They don’t warp! They brown great! Clean up easily! Thickness is great. I’ve made cookies, breads, meat, and potatoes on these and it’s been great. I bought a second set and gave them away because they are that great! Just wish they were bigger.

I have had the same kind of stainless cook wear for 35 or 40 years. They are still shiny like new, do not require greasing for cookies but do need a spray for cakes. They clean up quickly with Brillo on occasion and sharp knife cuts do not affect them. The new ones were for a wedding present. They too looked great and the racks fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them in place of the new Teflon trays that wear out in a few years and sharp knives do damage them.

I've had these pans for at least two years, they are still mirror shiny, clean so easily!! Practically non-stick even without the silicone mat.

They are a decent pan, which I will be using for grilling and roasting vegetables mostly. They have a decent weight, and while they may warp at higher temps, they come back to normal once they cool. The silicon mats are the same as other mats, and easy enough to clean. And they came with cooling racks. Everything I needed in one package.

Love making roasts, veggies or cookies on these! The silicon sheet is great for keeping things from burning to the pan making cleanup easy just make sure you don't use metal utensils or scrubbers. These do warp a little in the oven at high heat but go right back when they cool. I use the rack when I'm making roasts, the pan catches all the juices for gravy and helps to cook the meat perfectly on all sides.

The mirror finish makes cleanup a breeze. The sheet pans are sturdy enough for roasting vegetables and chicken parts. The sheets are not Silpat, but do prevent sticking and make cleanup even easier. The racks are perfect for cooling baked goods. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Easy to clean . Great Quality. Washes up nice.I used to use parchment paper when baking the silicone works just as good. Prevents food from sticking. Silicone is easy to clean.

These baking sheets are truly quality kitchen tools. Heavy gauge with nice edge/lip to prevent cookies from sliding as your remove from oven. The cooling racks are also great for baking cookies in convection oven. Stainless steel for easy clean up and no worries on chemical coatings. Highly recommend!
