Stay away, go with the reputed brand waste of money
I picked this brand above other market leader just to support the upcoming brand. Unfortunately the product and support experience is horrible. After 1 week of use the base heating plate got the rust like discoloration which is affecting the taste of the water. I only use the kettle twice the week for just boiling water, no other liquid. Initiated email communication with the company and no response till now and the kettle is useless now and it's about to get into its original place, trash where it belongs. Pls stay way from this product.Update. Aug 4 got a call from the company rep, will update....

No mention about the glass quality
Pros: - This product looks good. - Easy to clean.Cons: - It's performance is not upto mark. Boiled and auto cut off for 1.6 ltrs water in 5 mins. - I noticed in the description they have not mentioned anything about the glass quality. Neither on the product box. Attached the pics. They keep on mentioning about the stainless steel lid but no where mentioned about glass. Is the glass made of safe material like borosilicate? š¤ - As mentioned in the manual, We cleaned the bottle with boiling water for 3 times before use. The fourth time we tasted the water, it smells some what like melted rubber and plastic. - Lid is not tight.

This glass beauty is light weight and a fashion statement for the kitchen. The glass quality is great and the handle is very confortable. Measurement markings are distinct and easy to read. It a great kettle for boiling and cooking maggie etc and easy to clean. In all, the product is really worth the price.

Medicinal taste in water
No doubt the product build is nice but the water boiled in it have medicinal taste. Also there is some rubber wire inside the kettle. I ordered replacement as return is not elligible for this product. Would see how the replacement works.After replacement also there was the same problem. It tasted medicinal. So returned it. Not worth buying

Good looking and very efficient
I'm writing this review after using the product for exactly 2 months. My husband and I are great green tea buffs and love trying out various flavours. This kettle is perfect for heating water. Initially, I was a little doubtful about buying it, as it's not a well known brand and I went solely by the few reviews on Amazon. Not regretted buying it even for a single day. Easy to clean, heats water in a few minutes and I got it on Amazon at a great deal. It's so good looking too!

One of my friend recommended for this brand and iĀ bought for my hotel (although earlier used to buy my regular brand).Wholesome satisfied with the product packing, delivery and its beauty with quality. Overheating ..black spot in one area..what to do tea taste burnt after taht
jar bottom tuned black in one area..not going even after scrubbing..after 2-3 wash..tea taste like burnt ..what to do why it is overhearing .
