Taxpayer's Comprehensive Guide to Llcs and S Corps: 2016 Edition

Easy to read, comprehensive guide to S-Corps and taxes. Most of this info is available on the author's website, but I prefer to be able to flip through and annotate reference material such as this. If you have S-Corp questions, read this book first.

This book is okay, but it focuses too much on Nevada laws and it doesn't flow well. Wasted my money in my opinion - I could have just watched more YouTube videos about the subject and gotten a lot more information.

This is not exactly what I was looking for but it is OK for someone not too familiar with S-Corporations. Perhaps I was put off a bit by its being so much of a promotional piece for its authors' firm.

I found it helpful, but could have gone into a little more detail. There is one main way to save money as an s corp, and how to determine "how much you can get away with" could have been expanded on a bit more. Otherwise, pretty good guide.

This book was extremely helpful in finally transitioning our business over to S-Corp.
