iPhone x Battery case (6black)

The charger worked good on my i-phone till now. It was convenient to charge as it used the same charging cord as the phone. You could also charge it when attached to your phone.My rating has to do with the tip that goes into the phone from the charger. It completely fell of making the charger useless. Poor design from my point of view. Especially since I had no reason to be taking the cover on and off.

I bought this case about 2 weeks. The part that goes into the charger port broke after a few days. Be careful it’s fragile apparently. So anyways, now it doesn’t work at all.

1) the internal pin that connects the case to the phone became loose after 2 days.2) Apple power cable used to charge the case often reports the message "Accessory may not be supported" and the charging is stopped. Doesn't always charge.3) Headphones do not work when connected

The case worked fine for a month, but then it stopped charging the phone. When I slid my phone out of the case, the connector inside the case that plugs into the phone's charging port came off inside the port. I emailed Vodool at [email protected], and did so again after a week with no reply, but they never answered. They don't even have an auto-reply set up to advise you that your email was received, like most good companies do. I'll be replacing the case, but not with a Vodool product.

Was a great product until charger at the base inside the case broke. Within the first 4 months, all 3 cases I purchased were broken and they were not misused. Poor design.

I thought I had found the most amazing charging phone case ever, literally recommended it to many people and loved the convince of having my charging ability with me at all times with out needing my charging cord while I was out, sadly it lasted only 6 weeks and then charging port came loose when I was removing my phone, now it will not charge at all.

My last battery case was horrible! You had to take the case off to charge it, and the case didn't hold a good charge. I wish I had replaced it sooner, but was hesitant to buy another battery case. I am so glad I bought this one! It works perfectly! This is a great case for someone like myself who often forgets to charge their phone! I highly recommend! :)

I was able to get 1.5 charges out of the case before having to recharge the case.The case seems durable but doesn’t have quite the protection of other cases. It’s a trade off for having extra power in your hands.Personally, I found the extra weight added by the battery case as “reassuring” since they’ve been making phones lighter and lighter. It gave the phone some heft.
