Mercers Furniture Corona 2 Door TV Media Unit

Looked at a more expensive tv unit & really happy that I did not purchase that and opted for this one. It’s not one of the simplest items I’ve attempted to put together! Had to figure out each piece of wood! Thankfully The screws, nails etc are nicely packaged and marked making them easier to find which was a bonus! Ive managed to fit my 55inch on top but was unable to fit my old hd sky box on the shelf... wasn’t a big issue and only mentioning so others don’t make the same mistake as me (see photo for measurement). however I have got away with placing it under the unit but unable to get to it if needed, means I have to slide the unit. 4 stars are due to having to figure out what part was what as no markings or stickers on the wood. Inside cupboards do not have Shelves, but dvds and computer games are easily stackable. The middle shelf can be adjusted higher or lower, I’ve noticed the paint/wood is rough on the inside of the lower shelf, my cloth snags on it while cleaning. Still for the price I’ve a lovely item. I’ve added photos with the shelves measurements. My cat & my dog have found a new place to sit as well :)

This product came very quickly. I forgot to measure if the Sky Q box and Xbox fit in the gaps but luckily they just do. The Sky Q box is snug but it’s fits with a gap around the edge. It’s small but doesn’t get lost in the room. I was happy with the quality of material for the price I paid. Will probably fit a 55 inch tv on but no more. Im very happy with it. It does exactly what is asked of it.

Perfect furniture strong and functional, buyer beware there are lots of other items in the 'corona' range that do not come from mercers and its very easy to make the mistake I did, but it's been returned and the real one is here !!Customer service is excellent too.

Like most others a real struggle to put together, it’s such a shame it’s poorly manufactured ( no holes where screws go and a nightmare to fit some panels) once it’s done it’s well worth it, beautiful design and really goes with our living room. You will need an electric screwdriver to force those screws into the wood, keep at it and don’t give up!

The quality and design are good for the price . Fits tv well . I had difficulty assembling this and had to get help from my brother who is more technically adept . Easier with 2 people than one . Happy with the finished product.

The instructions said it would take 40 mins!!! It took me 2 hrs 23 min!!! I think that was more about me than the instructions. My furniture was looking tired, and was bought when I was married I wanted new furniture but at a cost I could afford. This looks great, sturdy and I will be buying other pieces to finish off my newly decorated room. It hold my 55"tv. Certainly worth the money.
