Good tasteBut flow from the machine is very poor. Tried it in two different Nespresso machines -

Purchased 100 capsules again and unfortunately this time around the capsules don’t seem to work. This is a new design and the capsules get stuck in the machine and many times the water doesn’t flow through as the capsules are not punctured. Apart from a bad user experience, I’m afraid this might damage the machine. I reached out To bohomia on their WhatsApp number on september 9 and shared the video etc- was told to check for the aroma seal - this didn’t exist on the batch I was sent (?) and was told they will replace. Reached out again on September 11 since I didn’t hear back and was told they will replace and schedule service visit. Reached out again on September 17 and received similar response. Sometimes I have to use 4 capsules for 1 cup of coffee...the most frustrating part is that I don’t know if the capsules will actually work.Be careful before purchasing as the product is inconsistent and customer support is lacking.
