Never used this type of product before and was unsure, but after the first few days of wearing it, I found that it eased my back pains and encouraged good posture. A great, easy to use design makes it a must if you struggle with back problems

Easy to get on.... Really did the job immediately... found myself straightening up without discomfort ....HOWEVER virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get off on your own due to location of adjustment straps etc..... I actually panicked.... Got it half way off and had to take a ten min break before starting again .... In the end I used a coat hook.... If you have someone to help with that then it is a great little item.... They just need to rethink the straps

Instant relief in shoulders and could feel it encouraging better posture. Got extra large ( size 16/18) it digs in underarm after an hour of wearing it and makes my back a little sweaty ( due to fabric used) if not I would wear it constantly

I ordered the large and it feels so tight. I have put the straps to their slackest setting and the straps still dig into my armpits. I cannot even make a cup of tea whilst wearing it. I am only 5' 10" tall, weighing in at about 75kg.

Did not fit correctly and does not help with posture. Only tight around the belly

Happily surprised by the packaging with very nice design.It comes with a free ebook to download to best use the product and with a posture improvement challenge calendar.It’s definitely a much better quality than similar products I bought in the past from different sellers.It’s worth the price!

Liked: Good support for posture. Waist fastener really helps provide support and pressure to promote good posture. Straps are strong and durable.Disliked: Highly adjustable at waist strap, but although shoulder/arm straps are adjustable, even at the loosest setting, it is too tight which makes it difficult to put on, it would have been better to give more slack for putting them on then to tighten for use - design floor. Arm straps can be difficult (as non-adjustable) to wear and take off. It is advised by manufacturer that of arm straps rub against arm outs it means posture isn’t correct but when trying to move about with normal tasks (like using computer) can cause rubbing and pressure which can limit circulation to arms leading to numbness and discomfort. Note: I ordered the Medium (31-36 inch - presumably waist circumference) and my waist is ~32 inches, I'm 5'11, slim/average build ~72 kg.Overall: Great support and durability. Arms straps are poor designed which can lead to difficulty wearing/removing as well as discomfort.
