The BES! Have been using this for Years, since it first came out. Excellent (very fine patented micro grain) exfoliant. Leaves face so smooth and creamy. Because I have delicate skin I only use it once or twice a week. Other skin--go for it! Though expensive, yes, it is worth every penny and lasts a long time.

The best microderm ever
Love this product. Not abrasive or heavy fragrance. My skin is flawless with it. Bad thing - no longer available. Apparently an obsolete item. Not able to find anything that comes even close.
