Ball Regular Mouth Mason Jars with Lids and Bands, 16-Ounces (4-Pack)

The jars were ideal for the project I had in mind.

The Ball Mason Jars that I have purchased locally have a removable middle portion of the lid. These also have a solid metal lid with the removable middle . I purchased to use with a gift from a friend who purchased an extra Jarware 82653 Stainless Steel Honey Dipper, Regular-Mouth, Silver, for me. The dipper replaces the middle of the lid and creates a seal and convenient means to use honey. I thought I would gift them the jar and lid. The Ball Mason Jars arrived packed securely in bubble wrap. When looking at the wrapped jars, one would not realize that the lids have removable middles. I had to open the bubble wrap and remove the jars, then unscrew the lids to inspect them more closely. I am so glad I did. The lids are so tightly secured, that it is unnoticeable these definitely have the lids to accommodate. I initially thought they did not and was planning to return them. Upon another search, I noticed the picture, realizing I had not ordered the incorrect items. Yay, these are just what I needed and wanted.

I have no camera or I would surely take a picture! This is the second set of mason jars I have purchased and I also ordered the plastic cover because I love them as opposed to the metal ones. The plastic covers also have a poring feature which is wonderful. I order from Amazon every month and at the rate, I am going I am going to go bankrupt, LOL! I absolutely Amazon and the Customer Service Representatives are just over the top! Thank you so very much!

I'll explain why there is one rating I gave three stars and that has to deal with you got to know unless you're buying a wide mouth Mason jar that you'll need a chopstick or a butter knife to switch that sponge if it's small to clean the inside, that aside that's a minor detractor especially if you want this sized mouth of jar, otherwise Ball mason jars are great product but you got to be careful about the price and who the seller is with shipping that's about the only beef I would have but otherwise than that they make an awesome variety of products and kind of fun accessories for these jars if you're not just going to use them all for canning and stuff

The jars were perfect but arrived too late for this project. The company allowed a return and notified me of the refund. I am going to do a similar project soon, and I will be using this seller again to get the larger jars. Some projects you don't need a 12-pack, 24-pack, or 36-pack. When you need just 2,3,4 jars the are not as many suppliers that fill that need. So all in all very happy with product and seller.

There seems to be a lot of variation in reviews. Some reviewers did not receive the correct product. I got exactly what was pictured, 4 pint sized Ball mason jars. They were well padded and arrived in perfect shape.I like mason jars because they fit on my Ister blender. I mix fruit and yogurt smoothies in the mason jar then drink with a straw from the jar. I rinse the blades good and jar goes into dishwasher. Less cleaning work, blender is always available, and Ball jars are strong enough to use on the blender.My seller was ProShop Deals. That might natter.

Received 2 broken out of the 24 jars. Didn’t want to send back the whole order because I needed the jars for canning. They should of been packed better.

Perfect size, I'm not sure what happened with other purchasers who recieves small Mason Jars, maybe they didn't pay attention to the size when adding to their cart but mine are all normal sized mason jars and they're very sturdy and came packaged extremely well, it had layers and layers and layers of bubble wrap taped around them as well as bubble wrap in the box which I appreciated.

Are use them as cups. They work as intended :)
