Perfect item for self massaging sore calf muscles.Be careful not too push too hard as it can hurt.Good price and good product - well made, sturdy and easy to use.

Stuck between 3 or a 4 star, it works fine, it's easy to use, pain relief not as good as a proper roller but this is pretty convenient. Giving a 3 star as quite expensive for what it is

Hard to measure safe pressure
Seems to work but hard to know the most effective pressure to apply safely.
