Bought at the beginning of lockdown and now had a year's use. Used it about every 6 weeks to trim all over and so far no complaints. The cutter has stayed sharp and the unit recharges quickly. It arrived in a sealed package - I note from some reviews that some have arrived looking used.A year or so later, it has now saved me money on irregular trips to the barber.

Well I never thought I would cut my own hair but I have. Yes folks it's lockdown time and my mop needed a trim so there was nothing else to do but order some clippers and buzz away. My hands were shaking initially...what if I looked like a proper idiot afterwards....what if I made a proper pig's ear of my hair.....starting on the longest grade between 16-18 mm I started around my ears. Hey that's not bad i thought after a couple of buzzes around my ears. Then I started to get braver and braver until the whole head had been buzzed at 16mm. OMG I look OK. TFFT!!!So I started going for the detail now...getting a closer cut around the ears and tidying up the neck and any loose hairs. Yeap I look damn good now. :)So if you are still with me...these clippers are great. A good range of lengths to work through. Cut hair well and aren't too heavy or noisy. Battery life was excellent I was busy for about 30 minutes and only dropped to 80%. If you are nervous about doing your own hair (like I was!) be brave..have a go and you might surprise yourself and others!! Enjoy!!!

Got these for my boyfriend which was a bad idea because he got too happy and has a quarantine hair cut .... see photos. His head does feel very soft and the clippers are precise. Our neighbour also borrowed them for her partner, I haven’t seen him for a few days so God knows what happened there.The clippers work well but just be careful who cuts your hair!

There was no spare battery - and it is not possible to contact the seller to resolve.Apart from that product is ok and works well.

Bought to trim my hair during these coronavirus times when the barbers are closed. The item works fine and thanks to the varying length combs I can keep my hair looking ok. Will need to visit the barber eventually though. The major grievance is that the spare battery has been removed from the box.

Really pleased with this.Great product, easy to use.Only downfall it say's it comes with a spare battery, but it didn't.. 🙁

Very happy with this purchase - bought it in lockdown and may never go back to hairdressers again. Good quality and excellent battery life - only had to charge it twice in 6 months! Highly recommended.
