I was slightly reluctant to purchase these replacement hinges after seeing *two* sets of dimensions provided by the seller. But I figured if I could fix my 23-year-old screen door to our pool cage for just $12.00 it was worth the chance.I have two doors to our pool cage/lanai, and on one of the doors, the lower hinge had snapped in two, although the door was still held on by the upper hinge.Removing the seven existing screws with a power driver took under a minute, and after cleaning the dirt and spider webs off the area with silicone spray, holding the new hinge over the (old) holes proved that it was going to work. In fact, the holes being off by a *tiny* fraction of an inch probably helped the new screws to get a slightly better bite on the aluminum frame.After replacing the broken hinge, I decided that I'd go ahead and swap out the other one while I was at it... all in all, I couldn't be happier. A couple of weeks ago when I saw that the hinge was broken I thought to myself, that it was going to cost $100-$200 to have someone come out and fix it.For the record, the dimensions are as follows:Overall length: 5 1/8" top to bottomCenter tab: 2"Top and bottom tabs: 1 1/4" eachThere are three equally-spaced holes in the center tab (which is not flat, as it has a curved bottom to fit into a channel in the door), and the top and bottom tabs have two equally-spaced holes each.

Screws way too short for use on door buy ahead so can get done without trips

Hinge worked just fine, just make sure you have larger screws on hand, those provided with the kit are too small.

Perfect. fit perfect, finish prefect, arrived perfect.Fixes that sagging, poor closing storm door.These are a high wear item, local lowes, HD and Menards don't stock them, they tell you to replace whole door.Only complaint is that they don't have an option for a package of 3 hinges. Some doors are equipped with 3, and require purchasing 2 sets. Still it is over 200$ less than tossing the door, and buying a new one. Much appreciate this seller.

Got these two hinges after my kids broke the previous ones, that were installed on our patio door when the house was built. I used the same old screws to attach the hinges to the old door (that's why they are kind of rusty,) and new screws to attach the hinge to the frame. So far, one month in, and the door is still moving smoothly. No sticking or squeaking, no problems. These hinges are awesome and easy to install. They were a terrific price and arrived quickly. Definitely worth the money spent.
