Maternity Support Belt Plus Size Lower Back and Pelvic Support Belly Band Breathable Abdominal Binder

Should not be marketed as plus size. I wear 22 jeans and this didn't even get 3/4ths around my belly.

This really seems to help. It reminds me to hold in my stomach and relieves the strain on my bad back by giving support when I'm walking on the treadmill or using the Gazelle.

I wore it as shown with the stretchy part in the front and the velcro overlapping in the back. The stretchy part... stretched out and got skinny. It became uncomfortable so I turned the belt around and overlap the thicker part of the belt in the front. I like that since the thicker part of the belt is doubled up, it gives better support. It's also easier to put on.I cant wear it against the skin, so I wear it over my maternity pants at work but under my shirts. I got it when there was a pretty good coupon on the belt. If you can get it under $15 and wear it backward, I'd say it's a pretty good deal. :)
